A power clamp includes a body. A piston assembly is coupled with the body. The piston assembly includes an actuation mechanism and a movable piston rod. A linkage is housed in the body. The linkage is movably coupled with the piston rod. A plunger is movably coupled with the linkage. A clamp hook is coupled with the plunger for clamping a workpiece. The linkage moves the clamp hook between a release and clamping position.

Pneumatic latch clamp

A swing clamp includes a body with a first end and second end. The body defines a bore through the first end and a cavity at the second end. The bore is in communication with the cavity. A plunger is slidably and rotatably held in the body bore. A lever is pivotally connected to the second end. A link arm pivotally connects between the plunger and the lever. A housing includes an attachment portion and a cylindrical portion. The cylindrical portion includes a bore to enable passage of the plunger. A groove is formed in an inner surface of the bore. The groove guides a pin coupled with the plunger. A clamp finger is secured on the end of the plunger. The clamp finger rotates as the plunger is moved in the bore.

Manual swing clamp

A universal mounting housing for a linear actuator has a housing with a wall having an inner surface and an outer surface with at least one bore to enable securement of the housing. The at least one bore has an axial open portion that enables passage of attachment members. The at least one bore has a first and second diameter portion. The first diameter portion extends a length of the open portion. The diameter is of a size necessitating the attachment members to be axially moved into the at least one bore. The second diameter portion is larger than the first diameter portion. The second diameter portion receives a head portion of the attachment member.

Universal housing mount

A clamp has a housing with a piston assembly positioned in the housing. A piston rod lock assembly is coupled with the piston rod and is positioned in the housing. A clamping arm is coupled with the piston rod and moves from a position parallel to the piston rod, when in an unclamped position, to a position substantially perpendicular to the piston rod, when in a clamping position.

Link clamp

A clamp has a housing with a piston assembly positioned in the housing. A detent mechanism is coupled with the piston rod and is positioned in the housing. A clamping arm is coupled with the piston rod. The clamping arm is moved by a biasing mechanism from a position parallel to the piston rod, when in a retracted position, to a position substantially perpendicular to the piston rod, when in a clamping position.

Spring actuated link clamp

A ball lock clamp includes a cylinder housing. A first piston is movable in the cylinder housing in response to a first fluid pressure. A second piston is movable in the first piston. A rod extends from the first piston. A biasing member is positioned in the cylinder housing to provide a biasing force between the first piston and the housing. A plunger is at a terminal end of the rod. The plunger includes at least one ball moving radially in and out of the plunger. A receiver receives the plunger. The receiver retains the plunger in a locked position in the receiver. A mechanism releases the plunger from the receiver. The mechanism includes a member in the rod to move the at least one ball radially in and out of the rod.

Ball lock clamp

A power clamp for use in a manufacturing environment. The power clamp including a base and an extruded body secured to the base. The power clamp also includes a cylinder having a rod secured to the body. A shaft is rotatably supported by the body of the clamp. The clamp also includes a bar connected to the shaft and a rotator pin engaged with the shaft. The clamp also includes a link member connected to the rotator pin on one end and to the rod on the opposite end.

Power clamp

A swing cylinder having a body and an end cap on each end of the body. The cylinder also has a piston arranged within the body. The cylinder has a rod engaged with the piston and has an arm attached to one end thereof. A guide is arranged on the opposite end of the rod. The guide is also attached to one of the end caps.

Swing cylinder

A drop away leaf pivot unit for use with a clamp in a manufacturing environment. The drop away leaf pivot unit includes a body having a plurality of orifices therethrough and a chamber defined therein. A base member is connected to the body at one side thereof. The pivot unit includes a cylinder extending from an end of the body with a cylinder having a piston and piston rod therein. A spline shaft is rotatably supported by the body and has a drive link engaged therewith. The drive link is also connected to the piston rod on the opposite end. At least one stop member is engaged with the shaft on an end. The drop away leaf pivot unit also includes an arm secured to the shaft on an outer portion of the shaft, outside of the body of the pivot unit. A cover plate is secured to both ends of the body to ensure an enclosed operating environment for certain components of the pivot unit.

Drop away leaf pivot unit

A power clamp for use in a manufacturing environment. The power clamp includes a unitized body having a bore in one end thereof The power clamp also includes a piston arranged within the bore and an end cap secured to the body on the end having the bore. The power clamp has a plurality of first links, one of the first links connected to the piston and at least one second link connected to the first link at a pivot point. A plunger is arranged within an orifice of the body and that plunger is connected to a second link. The power clamp also includes a plurality of identical pins with the pins connecting the links. The power clamp also includes a side plate connected to the body to enclose the clamp and protect it from the manufacturing environment.
