A multiple port connecting assembly includes a connector body and a fluid isolation adapter. The connector body includes a first fluid passage extending from an adapter port to a first connector port, a second fluid passage extending from the adapter port to a second connector port, a first seat portion disposed between the first fluid passage and the second fluid passage, and a second seat portion disposed between the second fluid passage and an open end portion of the adapter port. The fluid isolation adapter is removably assembled with the adapter port and includes an adapter body defining a first end passage that connects with the first fluid passage, a second end passage that connects with the second fluid passage, a first seal portion sealing against the first seat portion, and a second seal portion sealing against the second seat portion.

Port connecting assemblies and arrangements

A valve assembly includes a valve body defining an interior cavity extending to a bonnet portion, a valve stem including a valve element retained in the interior cavity of the valve body and an end portion extending beyond the bonnet portion, the valve stem being rotatable between first and second limit positions, and a spring return handle arrangement. The spring return handle arrangement includes a user graspable valve handle, a stem adapter, and a return spring. The stem adapter includes a first end portion secured to the valve stem and a second end portion secured to the valve handle. The return spring includes a first end portion secured to the valve body, an intermediate spring loaded portion, and a second end portion secured to the stem adapter to apply a torsional load to the stem adapter for returning the valve stem to the first rotational limit position.

A flow sensing device includes a first body member defining an inlet port, an upstream sensor port, and a first connecting port; a second body member defining an outlet port, a downstream sensor port, and a second connecting port; a flow restricting element defining a flow restricting passage and including a first end connection coupled to the first connecting port and a second end connection coupled to the second connecting port, such that the flow restricting passage is disposed between the inlet port and the outlet port, and between the upstream sensor port and the downstream sensor port; a first fluid sensor assembled with the upstream sensor port; and a second fluid sensor assembled with the downstream sensor port.

Fluid monitoring module arrangements

A residue tube assembly includes a residue tube having an open upper end and a cap assembly including a cap sealingly secured with the open upper end and an adjustable member assembled with the cap and defining an outlet passage extending into the residue tube to define a fill limit of the residue tube, and an overflow passage extending radially outward and downward of the open upper end of the residue tube. The adjustable member is vertically adjustable in the cap to adjust the fill limit of the residue tube.

Fluid sampling system

A valve assembly includes a valve body defining an interior cavity extending to a bonnet portion, a valve stem including a valve element retained in the interior cavity of the valve body and an end portion extending beyond the bonnet portion, the valve stem being rotatable between a first limit position and a second limit position, and a spring return handle arrangement. The spring return handle arrangement includes a user graspable valve handle, a stem adapter, and a return spring. The stem adapter includes a first end portion secured to the valve stem and a second end portion secured to the valve handle. The return spring includes a first end portion secured to the valve body, an intermediate spring loaded portion, and a second end portion secured to the stem adapter to apply a torsional load to the stem adapter for returning the valve stem to the first rotational limit position.

A sampling container assembly includes a sample receiving residue tube, a residue tube cap, inner and outer pipes, a container cap, a fixture block, and a supply conduit. The residue tube cap is assembled with the residue tube and defines inlet and outlet ports. The inner pipe has a lower end sealingly mounted to the fixture block and surrounding the residue tube to define an inner cavity for receiving a heat transfer fluid. The outer pipe has a lower end sealingly mounted to the fixture block and surrounding the inner pipe to define an outer annulus, with the container cap sealingly assembled with an upper end of the outer pipe. The supply conduit extends through the fixture block and the outer annulus and is connected with the inlet port of the residue tube cap for providing a sample fluid to the residue tube. The fixture block defines a passage extending to the outer annulus for supplying a chilling fluid to the outer annulus for chilling the heat transfer fluid in the inner cavity.

A flow control device includes a body and a flow control element. The body includes a thermal conditioning passage disposed within a side wall, disconnected from a flow passage, and extending between a first conditioning port and a second conditioning port. The thermal conditioning passage has a first portion extending circumferentially around a first circumferential portion of the interior surface of the flow passage, a second portion axially spaced from the first portion by a first axial U-shaped bend and extending circumferentially around the first circumferential portion and a second circumferential portion of the interior surface of the flow passage to form a first circumferential U-shaped bend, and a third portion axially spaced from the second portion by a second axial U-shaped bend and extending circumferentially around the second circumferential portion of the interior surface of the flow passage. The thermal conditioning passage further including a radial passage connecting a central portion of the first circumferential U-shaped bend with one of the first and second conditioning ports.

Fluid system components with thermal conditioning passages

A fluid monitoring module includes a flow sensing device and a controller disposed in an enclosure. The flow sensing device includes a body including an inlet port, an outlet port, an upstream sensor port, a downstream sensor port, and a flow passage disposed between the inlet port and the outlet port, and between the upstream sensor port and the downstream sensor port. A first fluid sensor is assembled with the upstream sensor port, and a second fluid sensor is assembled with the downstream sensor port. The controller is in circuit communication with the first and second fluid sensors for receiving at least one of pressure indicating signals and temperature indicating signals from each of the first and second fluid sensors, and for measuring fluid data based on the received signals.

Thermal trace valve body

A flow control device includes a body having an upper portion defining a flow passage extending axially along a primary axis between a first end port and a second end port, the flow passage defining a central cavity between the first and second end ports, and a lower portion defining an axially extending thermal conditioning inlet port and an axially extending thermal conditioning outlet port. A flow control element is disposed in the central cavity and movable to control fluid flow between the first end port and the second end port. The body further includes a thermal conditioning passage having a first vertical portion extending from the thermal conditioning inlet port into the upper portion of the body, a circumferential portion extending from the first vertical portion circumferentially around at least a portion of the flow passage, and a second vertical portion extending vertically from the circumferential portion to the thermal conditioning outlet port.
