Examples of electrical devices are described herein. In some examples, an electrical device includes a button disposed to protrude through a window of a faceplate. A gap is disposed between the button and the faceplate. The electrical device includes an ambient light guide disposed to (1) reside behind the gap and (2) collect ambient light to pass through the gap. The electrical device includes an ambient light sensor configured to sense the ambient light collected by the ambient light guide.

A door system and a method of making a door system including a metal door, a metal door frame for the metal door, and one or more door frame seals. The metal door and the metal door frame each include a steel outer surface with a first metal layer in contact with and that encapsulates or covers the steel outer surface, and a second metal layer in contact with and that encapsulates or covers the first metal layer. The first metal layer is different from the second metal layer. The first metal layer can be optional. The door frame seals are located on the metal door frame and provide conductivity between the metal door and the metal door frame. The door system preferably has an acceptable sound transmission class rating and RF shielding properties.

A downhole sensor includes a sensor housing with one or more of a pressure sensor or a temperature sensor. A cable segment having a conductor is coupled to the sensor housing. A spacer or retention element is coupled to or secured to at least a portion of the conductor at a location proximate an interface between the cable segment and the sensor housing. A seal assembly configured to be mounted between a rotatable shaft and a housing has a first side and a second side axially spaced from the first side and includes an annular seal support having a first end at the first side of the seal assembly and a second end spaced axially from the first end, at least one seal body configured to form a seal between the shaft and the seal support, the at least one seal body contacting the seal support at a joint, and a resilient annular body mounted between the seal support and the housing. All portions of the resilient annular body are located radially outward of the joint.

A therapy planning system and method generate an optimal treatment plan accounting for changes in anatomy. Therapy is delivered to the subject according to a first auto-planned optimal treatment plan based on a first image of a subject. A second image of the subject is received after a period of time. The second image is registered with the first image to generate a deformation map accounting for physiological changes. The second image is segmented into regions of interest using the deformation map. A mapped delivered dose is computed for each region of interest using the dose delivery goals and the deformation map. The first treatment plan is merged with the segmented regions of the second image and the mapped delivered dose during optimization.

Automatic plan optimization for changing patient anatomy in the presence of mapped delivered dose from delivered fractions

A therapy planning system () and method generate an optimal treatment plan. A plurality of objectives are automatically formulated () based on a plurality of clinical goals including dose profiles and priorities. The dose profiles and the priorities correspond to a plurality of structures including a plurality of target and/or critical structures identified within a planning image. Further, a plurality of treatment plan parameters are optimized () based on the plurality of objectives to generate a treatment plan. The plurality of objectives are reformulated () and the plurality of treatment plan parameters are reoptimized () based on the reformulated plurality of objectives to generate a reoptimized treatment plan. The optimizing () is repeated based on the reformulated plurality of objectives to generate a reformulated treatment plan.
