In some embodiments, a headset comprises: a left earphone assembly; a right earphone assembly; and a headband assembly having a left end movably coupled to the left earphone assembly and a right end movably coupled to the right earphone assembly. The headband assembly comprises: an outer headband, extending between the left end and the right end of the headband assembly; a first elongated housing, arranged on an interior side of the outer headband and extending from the left end of the headband assembly to a first housing inner end; a second elongated housing, arranged on the interior side of the outer headband and extending from the right end of the headband assembly to a second housing inner end; and an inner headband, coupled between the first housing inner end and the second housing inner end on an interior side of the outer headband.

The present disclosure concerns a multi-cable positioning device and a headset with multi-cable positioning device. The device comprises at least a fastening portion for removable attachment to clothing, and a cable management portion. The cable management portion comprises at least a first cable receptacle for a first cable, and a second cable receptacle for a second cable, wherein the cable receptacles are adapted for rotational and translational locking of the cables to increase comfort and stability.

The neckband includes a first neckband end for coupling with a left earloop and a second neckband end for coupling with a right earloop. Methods and apparatuses for earloops are described. In one example, an earloop for wearing on an ear of a user head is described. The earloop includes a capsule connector segment for coupling to a headset capsule, and an apex segment having an adaptive apex curvature arranged to rest on an apex of the ear. The earloop further includes a behind-the-ear segment having an adaptive behind-the-ear curvature arranged to curve behind the ear and exert a resilient gripping tension behind the ear, wherein the capsule connector segment is located along the x-axis at a different location than the behind-the-ear segment in both a static non-worn state and a static worn state, and wherein the apex segment is between the capsule connector segment and the behind-the-ear segment.

Methods and apparatuses for delivering sound to a user ear are disclosed. In one example, an apparatus for delivering sound to an ear canal includes a body attachable to an electro-acoustic transducer and an ear canal port attached to the body arranged to insert into an entrance of the user ear canal. The apparatus includes a suspension member attached to the body arranged to contact the cavum concha behind the antitragus and flexibly suspend an electro-acoustic transducer attached to the body above a floor area of the cavum concha. The suspension member is further arranged to flexibly suspend the electro-acoustic transducer attached to body adjacent a sidewall area of the cavum concha.
