A flange fitting for attaching to double wall tubes includes a fitting center port, a plurality of fitting mounts, inner and outer seal surfaces, fluid communication ports, and a connections surface. The fitting center port extends through the fitting for passing a primary fluid flow. The fitting mounts are spaced radially away from the center port for receiving fasteners. The inner and outer seal surfaces are predominantly flat. The fluid communication ports for pass a secondary fluid flow and fluid communication ports extend through the fitting from between the inner and outer seal surfaces to the connection surface between the inner sleeve connection and the outer connection. The connection surface is on a side of the fitting opposing the seal surfaces. The connection surface includes an inner sleeve connection and an outer connection.

Double wall tube bolted flange fitting

A drainage assembly () includes a first segment (A) with a first inner tube (A) defining a first inner tube passage (A), a first outer tube (A) concentrically disposed around the first inner tube (A) and defining a first outer tube passage (A), and a first fitting (A) disposed on an end of the first segment (A). The first fitting (A) has a first inner passage (A) in fluid communication with the first inner tube passage (A) and a first outer passage (A) in fluid communication with the first outer tube passage (A). A plate () is positioned adjacent the first fitting (A). The plate () has a second inner passage () in fluid communication with the first inner passage (A) on one side, and a second outer passage () in fluid communication with the first outer passage (A) on the one side. Also included is a drainage line () in fluid communication with the first outer tube passage (A).

Double walled tube drainage system

A V-band clamp includes a V-band segment that has a V-groove and is configured to generally circumscribe a flange of a first component and a flange of a second component. The V-band segment has a coupling element that is configured to couple the V-band clamp to a third component. The V-band clamp also has a latch disposed on the V-band segment that is configured to tighten the V-band clamp about the flanges.

A gas turbine engine includes a spool, a gearbox having gearing driven by the spool, and a lubrication system. The lubrication system includes a first heat exchanger positioned in a first air flow path, a second heat exchanger positioned in a second air flow path, and a lubrication pump fluidically connected to both the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger. A first air fan is driven by the gearbox for inducing air flow through the first air flow path. A second air fan is driven by an electric motor for inducing air flow through the second air flow path.

Distributed lubrication system

A fluid mixer for mixing two fluid streamsincludes a set of main lobesdefining alternating primary and secondary main chutes, one or more auxiliary lobesintermediate two of the main lobes, and an auxiliary fluid capture duct. The auxiliary lobes are defined, at least in part, by the discharge end of the duct. In operation, the duct conveys secondary fluid to secondary chutesdefined by the lobes thereby improving the performance of the mixer despite the presence of an obstructionthat would otherwise impede thorough mixing of two fluid streams.
