In response to detecting the first input, the electronic device initiates presentation of a first audio output having a first audio profile. The electronic device later detects a second input directed to a second affordance in the set. In response to detecting the second input and if audio alteration criteria are satisfied, the electronic device causes: (i) presentation of altered first audio output having an altered audio profile and (ii) presentation of a second audio output having a second audio profile. In response to detecting the second input and if the audio alteration criteria are not satisfied, the electronic device causes: (i) continued presentation of the first audio output and (ii) presentation of a third audio output having a third audio profile.

An electronic device, with a touch-sensitive surface, displays a respective control, which is associated with respective contact intensity criteria, used to determine whether or not a function associated with the respective control will be performed. The device detects a gesture on the touch-sensitive surface, corresponding to an interaction with the respective control. In accordance with a determination that the gesture does not include a contact that meets the respective contact intensity criteria, the device changes the appearance of the respective control to indicate progress toward meeting the respective contact intensity criteria that is used to determine whether or not a function associated with the respective control will be performed. In response to detecting activation of the control, the device performs the function associated with the respective control in accordance with the detected gesture including a contact that meets the respective contact intensity criteria.

A device displays a camera user interface for recording media images in a plurality of media recording modes. While displaying the camera user interface, the device captures media with one or more cameras. In response to capturing the media, in accordance with a determination that the captured media is consistent with a first media recording mode, the device displays a first prompt in the camera user interface that prompts a user to take one or more actions associated with the first media recording mode; and in accordance with a determination that the captured media is consistent with a second media recording mode, the device displays a second prompt in the camera user interface that prompts the user to take one or more actions associated with the second media recording mode, where the first media recording mode is different from the second media recording mode.

An electronic device with one or more processors and memory, and in communication with a display and an audio system presents, under control of the electronic device, via the audio system, a first audio output, the first audio output having a volume and an audio property other than volume (e.g., a reverberation time, a low-pass filter cutoff, or a stereo balance). While the audio system presents a first audio output, the device receives an input that corresponds to a request to present a second audio output, and in response, the device concurrently presents, via the audio system, an adjusted version of the first audio output in which the audio property other than volume of the first audio output has been adjusted and the second audio output.

An audio system is described that includes one or more speaker arrays that emit sound corresponding to one or more pieces of sound program content into associated zones within a listening area. Using parameters of the audio system (e.g., locations of the speaker arrays and the audio sources), the zones, the users, the pieces of sound program content, and the listening area, one or more beam pattern attributes may be generated. The beam pattern attributes define a set of beams that are used to generate audio beams for channels of sound program content to be played in each zone. The beam pattern attributes may be updated as changes are detected within the listening environment. By adapting to these changing conditions, the audio system is capable of reproducing sound that accurately represents each piece of sound program content in various zones.

As privacy settings associated with a saved content item are modified, the modified privacy settings are applied to the saved content item, which may prevent the user saving the content item from subsequently viewing the saved content item.

An electronic device displays, on a display, a user interface that includes one or more user interface objects. The device detects a first input on the touch-sensitive surface at a location that corresponds to a first user interface object of the one or more user interface objects. Detecting the first input includes detecting a change in intensity of the first input on the touch-sensitive surface from a first intensity to a second intensity, different from the first intensity. In response to detecting the first input, the device obtains a change in a value of a respective simulated physical property that changes in response to changes in intensity of the first input on the touch-sensitive surface, and updates an appearance of the user interface by progressing a first animation between a first state and a second state based on the change in the value of the respective simulated physical property.

An electronic device, with a touch-sensitive surface and a display, includes one or more sensors to detect intensity of contacts with the touch-sensitive surface. The device detects a contact on the touch-sensitive surface while a focus selector corresponding to the contact is at a respective location on the display associated with additional information not initially displayed on the display. While the focus selector is at the respective location, upon determining that the contact has an intensity above a respective intensity threshold before a predefined delay time has elapsed with the focus selector at the respective location, the device displays the additional information associated with the respective location without waiting until the predefined delay time has elapsed; and upon determining that the contact has an intensity below the respective intensity threshold, the device waits until the predefined delay time has elapsed to display the additional information associated with the respective location.

A device displays a camera user interface including a live view from a camera. While displaying the live view from the camera: the device records media images that are captured by the camera, while continuing to display the live view from the camera; and the device further displays representations of a plurality of media images that were recorded while displaying the live view from the camera as frames scrolling across the display in a first direction.

A digital PLL, which can be a virtual PLL, can condition digital phase information, comprising phase modification requests, for transfer, jitter, and phase-noise filtering of clock information between a clock recovery unit and a clock generation unit associated with phase interpolators. The digital PLL can employ a set of accumulators, proportional and integral filter component, generator component, feedback path between the output and input of the digital PLL, and other digital signal processing components.
