A clip system for attaching accessories to headgears is provided. The clip system comprises a clip assembly having a first clip attachable to a first accessory, and a first clip-receiving adaptor attachable to a headgear. The first clip-receiving adaptor receives and fastens the first clip.

Modular dwellings comprise attached wall members that enclose an interior area, and a central truss system extending across the dwelling. A lower roof member is supported by a truss system lower chord and wall member, and an upper roof member is supported by a truss system upper chord and a wall member. The ends of the truss system are supported by a vertical post. The upper part of a wall section and of the upper chord are in co-planar alignment and the lower chord and the upper part of another wall section are in co-planar alignment. Wall panels include an internal frame and a tongue on one side and a groove on the other side which mate with the tongues and grooves of other like panels to compress resiliently deformable seals. A frame portion positioned at the internal side of the extension supports the extension for proper alignment during construction.

Modular dwellings

A tape measure comprises a housing having a tape reel rotatably mounted therein. A measuring tape is at least partially coiled about the tape reel. The measuring tape is movable between an extended position and a retracted position. In the extended position at least a portion of the measuring tape extends outwardly of the housing. In the retracted position the measuring tape is substantially coiled about the tape reel and disposed within the housing. A spring mechanism biases the tape reel to rotate so as move the measuring tape from the extended position to the retracted position. A disc brake mechanism applies a frictional force to the tape reel to control rotation of the tape reel.
