Embodiments of the invention are directed to systems, methods, and computer program products for providing a multi-channel cognitive resource platform configured for intelligent, proactive and responsive communication with a user, via a user device. The system is further configured to perform one or more user activities, in an integrated manner, within a single interface of the user device, without requiring the user to operate disparate applications. Furthermore, the system is configured to receive user input through multiple communication channels such as a textual communication channel and an audio communication channel. The system is further configured to switch between the various communication channels seamlessly, and in real-time.

Multi-channel cognitive resource platform

Systems, computer program products, and methods are described herein for predictive use of resources across a dispersed Internet protocol capable network connecting devices electrically attached to the network. The present invention is configured to determine a resource utilization profile associated with a first user; receive an indication from the first user to improve the resource utilization profile; initiate a first user interface, wherein the first user interface comprises one or more target resource utilization profiles associated with one or more users; receive a first user selection of a target resource utilization profile associated with the resource utilization profile that the first user wishes to change; determine one or more access paths associated with the at least one target resource utilization profile; and display on the first user computing device the one or more access paths to enable the first user to achieve the at least one target utilization profile.

System for predictive use of resources

Systems, methods and computer program products for allocation of resources based on event triggers are provided. As an example, the system receives a set of electronic guidelines outlining scheduled allocation of resources based on detection of trigger events, where the resources are transferred electronically from a source to a destination. The system parses the electronic guidelines into a set of event triggers associated with resource allocations and monitor activities associated events related to allocation resources. From the monitoring, the system identifies a triggering event in the activities that is associated with a resource allocation as defined in the electronic guidelines and transfers an allocation of the resources electronically from the source to the destination based on the triggering event.

The invention enables identification of existing resources. In one aspect, the system identifies inflow resource transfers associated with a first resource. The system then determines if the inflow resource transfers are required for processing of critical tasks. Consequently, the system initiates a resource transfer, comprising at least a portion of the inflow resource transfer, from the first resource to a second user resource. Typically, the second resource is configured to promote resource accumulation. In another aspect of the invention, the system identifies a third user resource that is configured to foster resource growth, that is then linked with the second resource.

Resource optimization allocation system

Embodiments of the invention are directed to a system, method, or computer program product for providing a real-time determination of resource availability for usage via an interactive forecast interface with incorporated dashboard. In this way, the invention provides a real-time overlay forecast interface on a mobile device. The system gains access to one or more resources of a user and compiles the resources into an interactive forecast interface for visualization, manipulation, and mock manipulation of resources. The invention converts resource data extracted from the sources of the resource into a textual format encrypted for secure implementation and use into the interactive forecast interface.

Embodiments of the invention are directed to a system, method, or computer program product for operative communication channel linkage between a user and subscription services for effective and efficient communicate with the third parties associated with the subscriptions. The invention eliminates the storage and processing requirement of a user device and allows a user system to use a single communication channel for communication for a centralized subscription regulation interface for subscription management and communications. The system identifies subscriptions from resource management sources and correlates the subscriptions to the subscription regulation interface for monitoring and trigger analysis based on locational and transactional user extraction.

Embodiments leverage an artificial intelligence engine to generate customer-specific user experiences based on real-time analysis of customer responses to recommend and/or experienced features. Some embodiments access a profile of an end user comprising at least one first characteristic associated with the end user and extract end user information from a database of an entity server; identify a first trend related to resource utilization and/or management implemented by the end user based on the extracted end user information; determine an opportunity based on the identified first trend; in response to determining the opportunity, transmit control signals configured to cause the graphical user interface of the device of the end user to display graphically at least one recommendation based on the determined opportunity to the end user; and receive an input selecting or declining at least one recommendation. These inputs may correlate to a modified interface experience.

Leveraging an artificial intelligence engine to generate customer-specific user experiences based on real-time analysis of customer responses to recommendations

Embodiments of the invention are directed to a system, method, or computer program product for identifying duplicate third party interactions based on information extracted from multiple resources associated with an enrolled user. Furthermore, the system may automatically modify a duplicate third party interaction upon identification, wherein the system may cancel the duplicate third party interaction by interrupting payments to the third party provider associated with the duplicate interaction. This allows for duplicate interactions to be canceled on behalf of the user without the system knowing user login information associated with the third party interaction. Additionally, the system may provide options for modifying duplicate interactions to the user by way of actionable notifications on the user's computing device via a client application. The system may also provide the user with reasons for why similarly-situated users modified third party interactions to aid the user's decision making process.

System for automatically establishing an operative communication channel to transmit instructions for canceling duplicate interactions with third party systems

An entity system comprises a network communication interface and a memory device storing an alert application. A processing device is operatively coupled to the memory device and is configured to execute computer-readable program code to: transmit alerts to a user device in response to alert conditions; monitor responses to the alert from the user device; and alter the visual appearance of the alerts at the user device based on the results of monitoring the responses. The processing device may be configured to execute computer-readable program code to select from at least two different types of alerts. The two different types of alerts may comprise different icons having different visual appearances. The two different types of alerts may be associated with different alert conditions. The entity system may transmit a message to the user device such that the alerts are displayed on the user device without being displayed in-line with associated transaction information and/or disabling the alerts such that the alerts are not displayed.
