Systems and methods inputting a plurality of different input documents, automatically identify repeated elements and unique elements within each of the different input documents, and automatically generate templates having the repeated elements and dynamic objects corresponding to the unique elements. The repeated elements are similar for all documents that are represented by a given template, and the unique elements have at least one difference between documents that are represented by the given template. The dynamic objects are placeholders for the unique elements within the templates. The systems and methods automatically store variable data for each of the dynamic objects from the unique elements, output the templates and the variable data, and receive user acceptance and refusal of the templates. The systems and methods automatically learn patterns of acceptable template objects and refuse template objects based on the user acceptance and refusal, and automatically revise the processes for generating the templates.

An exemplary method or device determines which print drivers are being used within a printing environment. The method or device identifies a plurality of print queues. Each of the print queues is associated with one of the print drivers. The method or device identifies print drivers that produce different types of PDL files as being non-compatible. If corresponding PDL files produced by different ones of the print drivers in response to the test documents contain all identical header commands (in any order) the method or device identifies the different ones of the print drivers as being compatible. System and method for correlating attempted rendering job with actual rendering job

A system and method for tracking a remote rendering job status within a network. A rendering job in association with address information of a desired rendering device can be transmitted to a mobile print server via a print job submission tool. A tracking email message including one or more action links with respect to the rendering job can be presented to a user in order to track the status of the rendering job. A command can be transmitted back to the mobile print server via an email message by accessing the action link provided in association with the tracking email message. Such an approach provides an effective print governance solution in a wide range of remote rendering applications.
