A privacy system for a vehicle, including: a window configured to selectively switch between transparent and non-transparent states and to simultaneously have a transparent zone and a non-transparent zone, an elongate touch sensitive sensor provided adjacent to the window, and a controller configured to receive a signal from the elongate touch sensitive sensor and control the transparency of the window such that a transition line between the transparent zone and the non-transparent zone is substantially aligned with and follows a point at which the elongate touch sensitive sensor is being touched.

Privacy system and method for a vehicle

A motor vehicle seating system is provided. The seating system comprises two or more seats and a guide track extending between three or more spaced apart seating positions within an interior of the motor vehicle, wherein each of the seats is movably coupled to the guide track, such that the seats are movable between the seating positions. A seat, suitable for use in the motor vehicle seating system is also provided.

The movable table comprises a table top, a pillar, the table top being coupled to a first end of the pillar, and a follower element provided at a second end of the pillar, wherein the follower element is configured to movably couple the table to the guide track, such that the table is movable between seats positioned at the seating positions.

A deployable footrest assembly for a seat is provided. The deployable footrest assembly comprises a footrest movable between a stowed position and a deployed position in which the footrest presents a first surface for an occupant of the seat to rest their feet upon, wherein the footrest is bendable about an upstanding structural support for the seat such that the footrest is bent about the structural support in the stowed position.

A deployable headrest assembly for a seat is provided. The headrest assembly includes a headrest slidably coupleable to the seat such that the headrest is movable from a stowed position, in which the headrest is stowed within a seat back of the seat, to a deployable position, in which the headrest extends from the seat back. The headrest is expandable from a collapsed state to an expanded state such that the headrest has a thickness that is larger in the expanded state than in the collapsed state, the headrest being retractable into the stowed position in the seat back when in the collapsed state.

A stowable table assembly includes: a table portion rotatable between a deployed position and a stowed position; a carrier configured to be slidably received in a recess; and a plurality of elongate members provided between the table portion and the carrier. Each of the elongate members has a wedge-shaped cross-section such that the elongate members comprise side surfaces that taper towards each other from an upper surface to an underside surface of the elongate members. A first elongate member is coupled to the table portion and a last elongate member is coupled to the carrier. The elongate members are movably coupled to one another such that the side surfaces of neighboring elongate members abut when the table portion is in the deployed position.

Embodiments of the present invention disclose a wireless-enabled peripheral hub device. According to one embodiment, the hub device includes a communication module for wirelessly communicating with one of a plurality of mobile devices and a loudspeaker system configured to stream audio received from one of the mobile devices. Furthermore, the device housing includes a movable cover portion and an internal cavity area for storing an accessory input device for use with one of the plurality of mobile devices.

Embodiments of the present invention disclose a modular power adapter assembly for a portable electronic device. According to one example embodiment, the assembly includes a power adapter housing and an extender member connected to the adapter housing at a first end region thereof. Furthermore, a plug adapter is configured to receive power and removably attach to a second end region of the extender member. A cable is attached to the adapter housing to supply power to a connected portable electronic device.
