The apparatuses and systems described herein can be used with different food and beverage products including, but not limited to, frozen carbonated beverages, frozen alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, frozen yogurts, frozen ice creams and other dispensable food and beverage products

Multi-flavor food and/or beverage dispenser

Applicants have created an improved multi-flavor food and/or beverage dispenser including an improved nozzle for injection of flavored liquids into a base liquid. The apparatuses and systems described herein can be used with different food and beverage products including, but not limited to, frozen carbonated beverages, frozen alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, frozen yogurts, frozen ice creams and other dispensable food and beverage products.

An improved beverage dispensing system includes a main system structure and an improved dispensing structure. The main system structure includes a freezing chamber for freezing a food item to be dispensed by the system and elements for conveying the unfrozen food item into the freezing chamber, for freezing the food item within the chamber and maintaining the overall proper operation of the system. The food item to be dispensed by the main system structure may be a frozen carbonated beverage. The improved dispensing structure that operates such that the venturi effect will create a pressure differential across a venturi insert tending to pull (or push) dispensed product through a venturi insert and out of the dispensing portion of a faceplate.

Dispensing system

An improved frozen product dispenser wherein a product is placed into a cooled hopper and the product is then fed from the hopper into a freezing and dispensing chamber where it is frozen and dispensed.

Frozen beverage dispenser

A food and beverage dispenser for dispensing food and beverage products may have a clean in place (CIP) system that functions with minimal to no operator interface and disassembly. The dispenser may include one or more product barrels and an ingredient supply refrigerator. A nozzle cap containing a cleaning/sanitizing agent may be placed on a dispensing valve of the dispenser, and a CIP connector may be connected to a BIB connector after disconnecting the BIB connector from a BIB package. The CIP connector completes a CIP circuit that places the product barrel in fluid circulation with a water source and optionally another sanitizer source to help clean the dispenser in place. A heater may be included in the CIP circuit to heat the circulating fluid. A microcontroller or other computer processor may control the CIP process.

Method of cleaning a food or beverage dispenser

A beverage dispensing system includes a nozzle body with a plurality of ingredient inlets and a water inlet disposed in the nozzle body. A diffuser is connected to the nozzle body and has floor with a plurality of holes therethrough. A nozzle cap is connected to the diffuser and has an outlet. A first mixing chamber is formed between the ingredient inlets and the diffuser floor, and a second mixing chamber is formed between the diffuser and the outlet, with the second mixing chamber being configured to receive fluid from the first mixing chamber via the holes in the diffuser floor. A first water flow path is situated between the water inlet and the first mixing chamber, and a second water flow path is situated between the water inlet and the second mixing chamber, wherein the second water flow path bypasses the first mixing chamber.

Disclosed is an adjustable light fixture. The light fixture can include a housing assembly comprising an outer housing surrounding a central opening; a first adjustment mechanism configured to tilt the light source comprising a first rotating member; and a second adjustment mechanism configured to rotate the light source comprising a second rotating member, where the first and second rotating members are substantially parallel to one another. The light fixture can also include a biasing member that will return the housing assembly to a first tilted position from a second titled position.
