A CRM method for retail environments includes sensing entry of a mobile device into a physical space and identifying a customer record for a customer in a CRM system associated with the detected mobile device. The method also includes thereafter detecting a proximity of the mobile device to a product stored in the physical space and creating an opportunity record in the CRM system in connection with the customer for the product. Finally, the method includes responding to sensing egress of the mobile device from the physical space, by marking the opportunity record as closed-won if the product has been purchased by the customer.

Retail deployed customer relationship management

Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, system and computer program product for customer-product interaction driven CRM. In an embodiment of the invention, the method includes detecting an orientation change of a unit of a product so as to indicate the unit being held by a customer, for instance based upon data values read from an accelerometer affixed to the unit of product. The method also includes timing a duration in which the unit is held by the customer, and in response to the duration exceeding a threshold period of time, executing a CRM action in a CRM application with respect to the product and customer. In this regard, as an example the CRM action can be a message transmitted to a mobile device associated with the customer, or as another example, the CRM action can be a message transmitted to a sales representative geographically proximate to the customer.

In an embodiment of the invention, a method for Bloom filter driven data synchronization includes adding different items of data in a source repository to a destination repository, inserting an entry for each of the added items in one or more Bloom filters, detecting a request for data synchronization of the source and destination repositories and responding to the data synchronization request by determining a set of data items to be synchronized based upon changed data items in the source repository, testing each of the data items in the set against the Bloom filter, and performing data synchronization between both repositories only in respect to those data items in the set that specified by the Bloom filter to be in the destination repository.

The optimal form definition can then be conveyed to the form-based software application for rendering.

A graphical representation of a set of query results identified from the query is displayed. The set of query results includes a plurality of query result records. The graphical representation includes a first node corresponding to a first record field value and a second node corresponding to a second record field value. A region proximal to the first node displays at least one query result record having the first record field value. A query result record of the at least one query result record having the first record field value is selected. A field value of a selected query result record is changed from the first record field value to the second record field value by transitioning the selected query result record to a region proximal to the second node of the graphical representation.

Described are systems and methods for changing query result data graphically displayed on an electronic device. A query of a data repository is performed. A graphical representation of a set of query results identified from the query is displayed. The query results include a plurality of query result records. The graphical representation includes a first node corresponding to a first record field value and a second node corresponding to a second record field value. A region proximal to the first node displays a query result record having the first record field value. A query result record having the first record field value is selected. A field value of a selected query result record is changed from the first record field value to the second record field value by transitioning the selected query result record to a region proximal to the second node.

Embodiments of the invention provide for universal rebranding of a Web site. A method for Web site universal rebranding includes loading source code for a source Web site and source code for a target Web site. The method also includes parsing the source code to identify for each of the source Web site and the target Web site a style sheet framework, one or more icons representative of branded logos, and a color and font scheme. Thereafter, design ontologies for both the source and also the target Web site are generated based upon the respectively identified style sheet frameworks, icons, logos and color and font schemes. Finally, the ontologies can be compared to identify common design elements and the style sheet framework of the target Web site can be modified to incorporate design values for the common design elements drawn from the style sheet of the source Web site.

Techniques to interface with an isolated compute environment may be provided. An external interface may be provided by the isolated compute environment identifying a list of applications. Responsive to receiving a first request to access a first application in the list of applications from a source outside of the isolated compute environment, the isolated compute environment may provide interactive support to the first application to share the first application and the first application's data with the source. Responsive to receiving a second request to access a second application not in the list of applications from the source outside of the isolated compute environment, the isolated compute environment may prevent the interactive support to the second application.
