A system for monitoring resource utilization and optimization includes an entity system having a network communication interface and a memory device storing a resource monitoring and utilization application and a resource application. A processing device is operatively coupled to the memory device, wherein the processing device is configured to execute computer-readable program code to: determine based on the utilization of a resource application and/or a physical transaction related to the resource application to initiate the resource monitoring and utilization application; initiate the resource monitoring and utilization application to transmit information about the resource application to a user device.

Embodiments of the invention are directed to a system, method, or computer program product for creating a communicable linkage for information retrieval and notifications between devices. In this way, the invention identifies a mobile device at an entity location. The system may integrate into the mobile device and present an interactive display onto the display of the mobile device, allowing the user to select products/services associated with the entity. Based on the general interaction and selection a user makes via the mobile device, the system identifies the interaction and presents interaction data to the entity representative at the entity location for assisting the user.

Three-way communication link for information retrieval and notification

A system for accessing resources and monitoring the use of resources by a user includes a mobile device, a resource access communication device, an optional secondary communication system, and a third party system, each of which have communication interfaces, memory devices, and processing devices. The system is designed to detect audible, visible, and/or written input from a user and effectuate responses to requests contained in such input. In some embodiments, a message may be directed to the user through visual and/or audio displays to notify the user of the messages sent in response to the user's request.
