The disclosure provides methods of treating a patient having primary hyperoxaluria or idiopathic hyperoxaluria comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of compound of the formula and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, solvates, and hydrates thereof to the patient. The variables, e.g. ring A, n, R, R, R, X, Y, and Z are defined herein. These compounds act as lactate dehydrogenase inhibitors and are useful inhibiting the conversion of glyoxylate to oxalate. When administered to a patient having a disease or disorder associated with elevated oxalate levels, such as PH type 1, type 2, or type 3 or idiopathic hyperoxaluria the compounds prevent or substantially reduce the amount and buildup of oxalate the patient's kidneys, bladder, urinary tract and other parts of the patient's body.

A multi-purpose munition operates in either a blast mode or a fragmentation mode according to a user input. When operating in the fragmentation mode, a fuze initiates a main explosive fill of the munition which in turn disperses fragments formed from a fragmentation layer of the munition. When operating in a blast mode, prior to initiating the main explosive fill, the fuze initiates a secondary energetic layer which discards the fragmentation layer. The fuze then initiates the main explosive fill thereby producing a blast effect.

The training tool can be used to improve ball security for football players of every level to reduce or even eliminate fumbling. The tool can simulate the forces imparted on a football that can cause a fumble during the game. Used during various drills in practice, the invention will improve the player's ability to maintain possession of the football during actual game play. The invention assembly can include a ball (such as a football, basketball or rugby ball), a rope, and a reciprocating handle weight subassembly. The tools can use a slightly vertical handheld sliding reciprocating weight with or without a spring(s), or motor, in order to cause shockwaves that pass to a player carrying a ball to simulate a fumbling condition during a game, where other players are trying to slap or grab or push or jar loose a ball from the grasp of the ball carrier. The reciprocating weight can be quickly pumped and/or jerked by the trainer/coach during drills to surprise and replicate a fumbling condition.

Training tool and method for ball handling

A router support assembly includes a table that has a top side, a bottom side, a first side edge, a second side edge, a front edge and a rear edge. The table has a first slot and a second slot each extending therethrough. The first slot extends between the front and rear edges and the second slot extends from the first side edge to the first slot. A first guide is attached to the table and is selectively movable along the first slot. A second guide is attached to the table and is selectively movable along the second slot. A mounting is attached to the table and supports a router a selectable distance from the top side of the table. The mounting is positioned adjacent to the first edge. A router may be attached to the mounting so that a cutting member of the router extends toward the table.
