A system may include a transmitter node and a receiver node. Each node may include a communications interface including at least one antenna element and a controller operatively coupled to the communications interface, the controller including one or more processors, wherein the controller of the receiver node has information of own node velocity and own node orientation. The receiver node may be in motion and the transmitter node may be stationary. Each node may be time synchronized to apply Doppler corrections associated with said node's own motions relative to a common reference frame. The common reference frame may be known to the transmitter node and the receiver node prior to the transmitter node transmitting signals to the receiver node and prior to the receiver node receiving the signals from the transmitter node.

An electronically steerable antenna includes an embedded antenna processor and orientation sensor, separate from any orientation sensor within a corresponding GPS receiver. The orientation sensor tracks orientation changes in the mobile platform including the electronically steerable antenna, and an antenna processor updates beams and nulls produced by the antenna to track a real-world location based on the orientation changes. The embedded antenna processor periodically compares the orientation data from the embedded orientation sensor with orientation data from systems aboard the mobile platform to calibrate.

Embodiments of the inventive concepts disclosed herein are directed to systems and methods for managing global navigation satellite system (GNSS) receivers. A master GNSS receiver can receive, via an antenna system, a GNSS signal. The master GNSS receiver can determining, using the received GNSS signal, information including positioning, navigation and timing (PNT) or positioning, velocity and time (PVT) information. The master GNSS receiver can generate a master GNSS signal using a signal generator and the determined information, and a message indicating that the master GNSS signal is a trusted GNSS based signal. The master GNSS receiver can communicate, via a distribution hub, the generated master GNSS signal and the message to a plurality of GNSS receivers co-located with the master GNSS receiver, for recovering the PNT or PVT information from the master GNSS signal.
