A railing bracket includes a generally cube-shaped cup formed of a first sheet metal, the cup includes a bottom wall, a first side wall, and a second side wall disposed opposite the first side wall. A bend is formed at the junction of certain of the walls. The first side wall defines a countersunk through hole configured to receive a fastener. A cap is formed of a second sheet metal and includes a first cap side wall extending perpendicularly from the cap wall and a first cap bend disposed between the cap wall and the first cap side wall, and a second cap side wall extending perpendicularly from the cap wall and a second cap bend disposed between the cap wall and the second cap side wall, the cap further comprising at least one tab and a flange portion extending inwardly from each of the cap wall, the first cap side wall and the second cap side wall. The cup is configured to receive an end of a railing member that contacts the cup bottom wall, and the cup is configured to receive the cap such that the cap wall is disposed over the end of the railing member and the at least one tab is received by the at least one notch and the side wall covers the countersunk through hole.

Bracket for supporting attachment of the end of a railing member to a vertical member

A railing bracket includes a cup with a bottom wall, a first side wall, and a second side wall disposed opposite the first side wall. The first side wall defines a first through hole configured to receive a fastener. A cap has a top wall, a first lateral wall, a second lateral wall, wherein the cap has a U-shape configured to expose the bottom wall of the cup, the first lateral wall configured to cover a head of the fastener. The cap is configured to be snap fit to the cup in an overhead configuration and an underneath configuration, the overhead configuration includes the top wall of the cap disposed above the bottom wall of the cup and the first and second side walls of the cup disposed between the top wall of the cap and the bottom wall of the cup, and the underneath configuration includes the top wall of the cap disposed underneath the bottom wall of the cup.

A deck framing system includes a perimeter support member that has a joist support wall and a web wall extending perpendicularly from the joist support wall and an overhang wall extending perpendicularly from the web wall. First and second joist support brackets include a joist support portion and a pair of attachment wings, where each one of the pair of attachment wings contacting the web wall of the perimeter support member. First and second joists each include a deck support wall and a lower wall. The deck support walls of the first and second joists are disposed between the overhang wall and the joist support portions, and the lower walls are disposed between the joist support portions and the joist support wall.

Deck framing system

A raking barrier panel includes a plurality of pickets and a channel member. The channel member includes a web wall and side walls extending from the web wall and a first rib extending from the first side wall, where the web wall defines a plurality of spaced apart openings, and each opening receives a respective one of the plurality of pickets. A first inner rail is disposed on a first side of the plurality of pickets, and a second inner rail is disposed on a second side of the plurality of pickets opposite the first side, where the second inner rail is separate from the first inner rail. A plurality of fasteners is received through the first inner rail and pivotably couples the plurality of pickets to the first inner rail.

Raking barrier panel

A barrier panel is formed of a first rail member and a second rail member with at least one vertical support member mounted to and extending between the first rail member and second rail member. The first rail member includes first openings spaced apart along its length. The second rail member includes second openings spaced apart along its length. Vertical cables are mounted to and extend between the first rail member and second rail member. A first end of each vertical cable is secured within one of the first openings and a second end of each vertical cable is secured within an opposite one of the second openings. End members configured to adjust tension in the vertical cables are concealed by a pair of leg members of the second rail member.

Vertical cable rail barrier

A railing bracket including a cup having a bottom wall, a first side wall, a second side wall disposed opposite the first side wall, and a notch. The first side wall defines a first countersunk through hole configured to receive a fastener. A U-shaped cap has a top wall, a first lateral wall, a second lateral wall, and a tab. The first lateral wall is configured to cover a head of the fastener and the notch is configured to receive the tab.

A barrier panel includes a first vertical rail and a second vertical rail disposed spaced apart from the first vertical rail. A plurality of cables are each coupled at one end to the first vertical rail and coupled at a second end to the second vertical rail. The barrier panel includes a top rail and a bottom rail. The plurality of cables are disposed between and run parallel to the top and bottom rails.

Horizontal cable rail barrier

A raking barrier panel includes a plurality of pickets, each defining a pivot pin hole. A channel member includes a web wall defining a plurality of spaced apart openings that each receives a respective one of the plurality of pickets therethrough. A plurality of picket pivot members are in snap-fit engagement with the channel member, and each one of the plurality of picket pivot members includes a pair of opposed end walls and a pair of opposed side walls together forming a box-like shape. A pivot pin extends from at least one of the pair of opposed side walls and is received by the pivot pin hole of a respective one of the plurality of pickets to define a pivot axis with respect to the channel member.

A stair assembly includes at least one joist comprising an upper wall, a first lateral wall extending from the upper wall, and a second lateral wall extending from the upper wall. At least one stair step support bracket includes a tray support wall, a first side wall extending from the tray support wall, and a second side wall extending from the tray support wall. The first and second side walls define a pair of first front aligned positioning holes configured to receive a first set pin and a pair of first rear aligned positioning holes configured to receive a second set pin. The pairs of first front and rear aligned positioning holes disposed such that when the first and second set pins received therethrough contact the upper wall of the at least one joist, the tray support wall is positioned at a first rise dimension.

Stair assembly with rise adjustable step support brackets

A vertical cable barrier includes a top rail defining a plurality of top through holes spaced apart along a top web portion. A bottom rail includes a bottom web portion and a pair of bottom leg portions, where the bottom web portion and the pair of bottom leg portions form a channel, and the bottom web portion defines a plurality of bottom through holes spaced apart along the bottom web portion and aligned with the top through holes. A vertical cable is disposed on each side of a rigid support member. Each vertical cable includes a top end directly attached to a hollow tubular shank of a first top swage fitting and a bottom end of received in and directly attached to a hollow tubular shank of a first bottom swage fitting, where the top end of the vertical cable extends through one of the plurality of top through holes, and the bottom end of the vertical cable extends through one of the bottom through holes that is disposed in vertical alignment with the one top through hole. A first adjustable end member is coupled to the first bottom swage fitting and at least part of the first adjustable end member is disposed within the channel, wherein adjusting the first adjustable member adjusts a tension in the vertical cable.

A railing bracket assembly includes a cup with a back wall, a bottom wall, a first side wall, and a second side configured to support an end of a railing member. The back wall defines a plurality of through holes and each side wall defines a through hole, each configured to receive a fastener. A cap is adapted to cover the cup, and it has a U-shape configured to expose the bottom wall of the cup. A portion of the first side wall of the cup proximate the bottom wall is configured to contact a first tab of the cap, and a portion of the second side wall of the cup proximate the bottom wall is configured to contact a second tab of the cap to secure the cap to the cup.

A barrier panel includes first and second vertical rail members, each with a plurality of through holes spaced apart along its length. Top and bottom horizontal rails extend at least from the first vertical rail member to the second vertical rail member, and a first end of the top horizontal rail extends beyond the first vertical rail member in a first direction and a second end of the top horizontal rail opposite the first end extends beyond the second vertical rail member in a second direction opposite the first direction, each end is configured to be coupled to a respective post. A plurality of cables are vertically spaced apart along a length of the first vertical rail member, each cable extends from the first vertical rail member to the second vertical rail member.

A stair stringer includes a pair of joists each including an upper wall, a first lateral wall extending from the upper wall, and a second lateral wall extending from the upper wall. At least one stair step support bracket includes a tray support wall, a first side wall extending from the tray support wall, a second side wall extending from the tray support wall, and a front wall extending between the first side wall and the second side wall. The at least one stair step support bracket is configured to set on the upper wall of one of the pair of joists and the first side wall extending downward beyond the upper wall of the one joist in position to receive a first fastener through the first side wall and into the first lateral wall of the one joist, and the second side wall extending downward beyond the upper wall of the one joist in position to receive a second fastener through the second side wall and into the second lateral wall of the one joist, wherein the tray support wall is level.

A deck framing system includes a perimeter support member that has a joist support wall and a web wall extending perpendicularly from the joist support wall. Each of a plurality of joist support brackets comprising an attachment portion configured to be attached to the web wall of the perimeter support member and a joist support portion. The joist support portion includes a pair of opposed lateral walls with each lateral wall configured to be attached to a corresponding lateral wall of a joist supported by the joist support wall.
