A system for accessing product information from embedded sensors via mobile device video analysis is disclosed. The system includes a processing device configured for analyzing a video stream of the surrounding environment captured on a mobile device. At least one product that has one or more embedded sensors associated therewith is identified within the surrounding environment. The system retrieves information associated with the one or more products from the one or more embedded sensors. Information retrieved, or information derived from the information retrieved, from the embedded sensors is presented to the user via a display of the video stream on the mobile device.

In general terms, embodiments of the present invention relate to methods and apparatuses for providing information regarding relationships between individuals, who may be associated with a user of a mobile device, and objects (e.g., products, locations, businesses, etc.) identified in an image. In some embodiments, this image may be captured by a mobile device. For example, in some embodiments, a method is provided that includes: (a) receiving first information associated with an image, where the image was captured by a mobile device operated by a user; (b) receiving second information regarding one or more individuals; (c) determining, based at least partially on the first and second information, one or more relationships between information regarding individuals and information associated with the image; and (d) presenting, via the mobile device of the user, information associated with the one or more relationships.

The software module includes executable instructions that when executed by the processor cause the processor receive an authorization request for a transaction being conducted by a user; prompt the user to categorize at least one component of the transaction; receive a category from the user for the at least one component of the transaction; and store the category in association with the transaction. In some embodiments, the system will not authorize the transaction until the user categorizes at least one component of the transaction. In further embodiments, the system evaluates the transaction and only prompts the user to categorize the transaction if predefined criteria are met.

The systems, methods, and computer program products determine that an operative connection has been established between a user device of a user and a system associated with a representative of a financial institution, such that the user and the representative are conducting a conference; identify a document referenced during the conference; capture at least a portion of the conference in a record; associate the document with the record; and store the record. Customers of financial institutions desire to have records of their interactions with representatives of the financial institution and the embodiments of this invention assist the customer in maintaining and organizing those records.

The system typically includes a processor, a memory, and an online banking module stored in the memory. In addition, the module is typically configured for subsequently receiving a remote access command associated with the customer's online banking account and associated with the computing device from the mobile device.
