An endless vehicle track includes a body having an outer surface and an inner surface. The outer surface includes a carcass and a series of ground engaging profiles longitudinally spaced along the outer surface. The inner surface includes a wheel path and a series of longitudinally spaced guide-drive lugs. One or more of the series of ground engaging profiles, the series of longitudinally spaced guide-drive lugs, the carcass and the wheel path comprise a urethane material.

Urethane hybrid agricultural vehicle track

A high torque sprocket includes a body defining an outer periphery and a hub section defining an inner surface for engaging a bushing. A continuous toothed structure is disposed on the outer periphery of the body, and a textile reinforcement embedded in the body adjacent the inner surface of the hub section. The body is formed of a castable polymer material. In some cases, one or two optional flanges are disposed on side(s) of the body immediately adjacent the continuous toothed structure, in some aspects, a textile reinforcement may be embedded in a surface of the flange(s) immediately adjacent the continuous toothed structure. In some aspects, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) is incorporated into the castable polymer material mixture in an amount suitable to provide increased durability to the sprocket.

Endless vehicle tracks including a body having an outer surface formed of an elastomeric material displaying a series of ground engaging profiles longitudinally spaced along the outer surface, and an inner surface formed a urethane reinforcement material. The inner surface generally displays a series of longitudinally spaced guide-drive lugs for retaining the track on the vehicle and/or driving the vehicle. The urethane reinforcement defines the inner surface of the body. The urethane reinforcement may define wheel path regions of the body, and the urethane reinforcement may even form the guide-drive lugs. The endless vehicle track may further include a fabric reinforcement layer disposed beneath or upon the outer surface of the upper face of the guide-drive lugs. The urethane reinforcement is formed from an admixture including a castable urethane material liquid which fills a mold and hardens to form the urethane reinforcement. The mold also includes a metal reinforcement therein.

In some cases, the urethane reinforcement defines wheel path regions of the body, and the urethane reinforcement may even form the guide-drive lugs. In some embodiments, the endless vehicle track further includes a fabric reinforcement layer disposed beneath or upon the outer surface of the upper face of the guide-drive lugs.
