Dissolvable casing liners are utilized to isolate existing perforations. A dissolvable casing liner is deployed downhole along the interior of a casing string having a plurality of perforations. The casing liner is then secured against the casing string, thereby effectively sealing the perforations. Once the perforations are isolated, refracturing operations may be conducted. At some time thereafter, the casing liner is dissolved and removed from the wellbore.

Dissolvable casing liner

A system and method for fracturing multiple zones along a length of a wellbore during a single run are provided. A single mechanical shifter device may be lowered on coiled tubing to shift open multiple sleeve assemblies set along the wellbore to expose different fracture zones for desired fracturing treatments. The sleeve assemblies may each include a shifting sleeve designed for engagement with the mechanical shifter device. The mechanical shifter device may move the shifting sleeve along the wellbore to collapse a baffle component of the sleeve assembly. Once the baffle is collapsed, an isolation component of the shifter device may engage the collapsed baffle to form a plug through the wellbore. Pressure applied from the surface may push the baffle and a sliding sleeve of the sleeve assembly downward, thereby exposing fracturing ports through the casing of the wellbore. Fracturing applications may then be performed through the ports.

Multi-zone fracturing with full wellbore access

A system and method for fracturing multiple zones along a length of a wellbore during a single run are provided. A single magnetic shifter device may be lowered on coiled tubing to shift open multiple sleeve assemblies set along the wellbore to expose different fracture zones for desired fracturing treatments. The sleeve assemblies may each include a magnetic sensing system designed to detect a magnetic field output from the shifter device. The magnetic sensing system may output a control signal to an electro-hydraulic lock to collapse a baffle component of the sleeve assembly. Once the baffle is collapsed, an isolation component of the shifter device may engage the collapsed baffle to form a plug through the wellbore. Pressure applied from the surface may push the baffle and a sliding sleeve of the sleeve assembly downward, thereby exposing fracturing ports through the casing of the wellbore.

A method for servicing a subterranean formation comprising providing a wellbore penetrating the subterranean formation, and placing a wellbore servicing tool in the wellbore, wherein the wellbore servicing tool comprises a baffle, wherein the baffle comprises a seat contoured to match a spherical zone of an obturator.

Radiused ID baffle

A wellbore isolation device comprises: a first layer, wherein the first layer: (A) comprises a first material; and (B) defines a cavity containing a dissolution medium, wherein a chemical reaction of at least the dissolution medium causes at least a portion of the first material to dissolve. A method of removing the wellbore isolation device comprises: introducing the wellbore isolation device containing the dissolution medium into the wellbore; and allowing the chemical reaction to occur.
