A dielectric ceramic composition comprising forsterite in an amount of 93.0 to 99.0 mol % when calculating in terms of 2MgO.SiOand calcium titanate in an amount of 1.0 to 7.0 mol % when calculating in terms of CaTiOas main components, and as a subcomponent, aluminum oxide in an amount of 0.2 to 5 mass % when calculating in terms of AlOper 100 mass % of said main components. According to the present invention, a dielectric ceramic composition, capable of having both low permittivity and good frequency-temperature characteristic as well as ensuring high Qf value and further having sufficient mechanical strength, and suitable to use in an antenna, a filter and the like used in the high-frequency region, can be provided. Also, the present invention allows providing a dielectric ceramic composition further having resistance to reduction in addition to all of the above properties.

Dielectric ceramic composition

There is provided a dielectric ceramic material in which the firing temperature dependency of the relative dielectric constant can be suppressed and the mechanical strength can be improved. Specifically, there is provided a dielectric ceramic material including: main constituents given by a composition located in the region, in a ternary diagram of ZrO, SnOand TiOshown in FIG., bounded by point A, point B, point C, point D, point E and point F; and ZnO: 0.5 to 5 wt %, NiO: 0.1 to 3 wt %, and SiO: 0.008 to 1.5 wt % in relation to the total weight of the main constituents. The dielectric ceramic material can include NbO: 0.2 wt % or less and KO: 0.035 wt % or less in relation to the total weight of the main constituents.

Dielectric ceramic material

A dielectric ceramic composition, comprising a main component including at least a dielectric oxide having a composition expressed by [(CaSr)O][(TiZrHf)O], a first subcomponent including a Mn oxide and/or an Al oxide and a glass component, wherein 'm', 'x', &#x201c;y&#x201d; and &#x201c;z&#x201d; indicating composition mole ratios in the formula included in the main component are in relationships of 0.90&#x2266;m&#x2266;1.04, preferably 1.005&#x2266;m&#x2266;1.025, 0.5&#x2266;x&#x3c;1, preferably 0.6&#x2266;x&#x2266;0.9, 0.01&#x2266;y&#x2266;0.10, preferably 0.02&#x2266;y&#x2266;0.07 and 0&#x3c;z&#x2266;0.20, preferably 0&#x3c;z&#x2266;0.10.

Dielectric ceramic composition, electronic device and production methods of the same

A dielectric ceramic composition comprising 100 moles of barium titanate as the main component, and furthermore comprising with respect to 100 moles of the main component 0.1 to 3 moles of a first subcomponent including a magnesium oxide, 0.01 to 0.5 mole (note that 0.5 is not included) of a second subcomponent including a yttrium oxide, 0.01 to 0.2 mole of a third subcomponent including a vanadium oxide, and 0.5 to 10 moles of a glass component including a silicon oxide as the main component; wherein a manganese oxide and a chrome oxide are substantially not included, and an average particle diameter of dielectric particles is 0.35 &#x3bc;m or smaller.

Dielectric ceramic composition and electronic device

A dielectric ceramic composition comprising a main component including 53.00 to 80.00 mol % magnesium oxide converted to MgO, 19.60 to 47.00 mol % titanium oxide converted to TiOand 0.05 to 0.85 mol % manganese oxide converted to MnO. This dielectric ceramic composition may comprises 0.00 to 0.20 mol % of at least any one of vanadium oxide, yttrium oxide, ytterbium oxide or holmium oxide converted to VO, YO, YbOand HoOrespectively.
