A drive unit for a road-rail vehicle having at least four wheels, for movement on rails, wherein each wheel is driven by a separate hydraulic motor. Further the hydraulic motors driving the wheels situated on one side of a longitudinal central axis of the vehicle are connected in parallel.

Drive unit for a rail-road vehicle

A method and rig for driving tunnels, galleries, shafts or the like. The rig has a movable base unit that over a support unit supports a carrying unit which in turn carries a cutting head having outwardly directed cutting elements. The method includes rotating the cutting head around a general axis of rotation and applying the cutting head against a rock surface to be worked. The carrying unit is swung into a first chosen mutual position in respect of the support unit. The support unit is rotated into a second chosen mutual position with respect to the base unit around an axis that is essentially longitudinal with respect to the base unit. An angle of operation of the cutting head is controllable.

A system for emergency opening of a door or window of a vehicle comprises an opening mechanism for forcing the door or window to open by means of pressure of hydraulic fluid, and an unlocking mechanism, which by means of hydraulic fluid is configured to unlock a lock of the door or window. The system may be connected to the brake system of a vehicle.

The excavator comprises resilient portions located in at least two different locations in which the resilient portions are arranged to allow the excavator tool to move in at least one plane relative to the drive unit when the excavator tool is mounted on the mounting device and thereby allow the excavator tool to oscillate in the at least one plane.
