The present disclosure relates to a gear motor formed of a housing. An electric motor includes a stator assembly and a rotor driving a reduction gear train having a plurality of intermediate stages each formed by a shaft coupled to a toothed wheel and to a toothed gear. Also, an output stage is formed by a shaft coupled to a wheel and a coupling component, the shafts of the rotor, of the intermediate stages and of the output wheel being parallel. The gear motor further includes a printed circuit transversely positioned above the stator assembly, wherein the wheel of the output stage is positioned above part of the stator assembly, the shafts of the intermediate stages are located in the zone of the housing located on the opposite side, relative to a transverse vertical plane, of the zone including the shaft of the rotor and the shaft of the output wheel.

Compact gear motor

The present disclosure relates to a mechatronic actuator consisting of a housing incorporating a shell and a three-phase electric motor formed by a stator excited by electrical coils and by a magnetized rotor, driving an output shaft by means of a gear train, the axis of the rotor, the axis of the output shaft and the axes of the intermediate toothed wheels being parallel, the stator having a radial triangular star shape, the three wound poles forming the three branches of the star, the axes of symmetry of two consecutive wound poles forming a mechanical angle of 120&#xb0;, the housing also incorporating an electronic circuit, including a capacitor for filtering the electrical signal, the shell having a longitudinal axis, characterized in that the stator is positioned in the hosing in such a way that the axis of symmetry of one of the three wound poles forms an angle of between 70 and 110&#xb0; with the longitudinal axis.

An actuator includes a polyphased brushless motor having a two-wire connection for receiving a modulated power supply signal with a cyclic ratio or a modulated frequency, supplied by a motor control unit. The actuator also includes an electronic circuit having a microcontroller and a power stage delivering the power supply signals of the coils of the brushless motor, and a power supply stage including a rectifier and/or a filtering of the modulated signal for delivering a continuous power supply signal of the electronic circuit. The electronic circuit includes: a stage which is external or integral to the decoding microcontroller by temporal determination of the rising and falling edges of the modulated signal for providing: a direction of rotation set point value by analysis of the signal on the two wires; and/or a set point value of the target position of the rotor; and/or a set point value of a pre-recorded movement sequence; and/or a speed set point value, the microcontroller controlling the power supply signal of each of the phases according to the set point values and the power supply signal, the outputs of the power stage feeding the coils of the brushless motor.

Mechatronic assembly for driving or positioning an external member

The disclosure relates to a gear motor made of a housing enclosing an electric motor driving a reduction gear train having at least one intermediate gear and an output wheel, including an output wheel made of a single piece having a tooth crown on either side of which extend cylindrical axial extensions which are each held by the housing, each one of the extensions having at its respective end a coupling with an external drive element. The output wheel is coaxial with a toothed wheel constituting one of the intermediate gears, the toothed wheel being able to rotate freely in relation to one of the axial extensions.

The disclosure presents a geared motor unit including a housing having an electric motor formed of a coiled stator assembly and of a magnetized rotor, the housing further including a printed circuit board for connecting and controlling the motor, a movement-reducing gear train, a sensor magnet and a magnetosensitive probe. The gear train includes a toothed movement output gear, the sensor magnet being ring-shaped and being rigidly connected to the output gear. An output gear is extended on either side of the sensor magnet by two guides cooperating with the two opposite walls of the housing; a ring-shaped magnet surrounds the axis of rotation of the output gear; a printed circuit board includes a controller controlling the motor and extends up to the vicinity of the output gear. The printed circuit board includes, in the area located in the vicinity of the output gear, the magnetosensitive probe which is connected directly, electrically and mechanically, to the area and is located axially or radially facing a ring-shaped magnet.
