A vehicle seat having a seat cushion extending substantially along a plane defined by a longitudinal direction and a transverse direction, with the seat cushion including a cushion part and a cushion part support that includes a first lateral part, a second lateral part opposite the first lateral part in the transverse direction, and an intermediate part located between the first and second lateral parts in the transverse direction. The intermediate part is recessed relative to the lateral parts in an elevation direction and the cushion part is mounted on the cushion part support and extends at least partly into an accommodating space of the cushion part delimited by the first lateral part, the second lateral part, and the intermediate part.

Vehicle seat

A support element for a vehicle seat, the support element including: a shell, a cover mounted on the shell, the cover defining a front surface for receiving a passenger, and a rear surface opposite the front surface, and a padding arranged between the shell and the cover. The cover has a plurality of fastening loops fastened on the rear surface of the cover. The shell has a plurality of through-openings arranged substantially facing the fastening loops, the fastening loops passing through the through-openings and mechanically cooperating with the shell so as to keep the cover rigidly connected to the shell.

An assembly for a vehicle seat that includes: a support element defining a through opening, a padding element attached at least in part to the support element, and a ventilation system assembled to the support element in fluidic communication with the through opening. An inner surface of the support element and/or an inner surface of the padding element define at least one groove. The seat backrest includes an airbag module, having a housing receiving an airbag, that is attached to the frame in an attachment area. A motor vehicle comprises two front seats aligned in a transverse direction, and at least one rear seat. Said at least one rear seat comprises a seating portion with a seating portion frame, a backrest with a backrest frame. The backrest frame is pivotable relative to the seating portion frame about a first transverse axis, between at least one deployed position for receiving an occupant of the seat and a folded position in which the backrest frame is folded down to face the seating portion frame.
