A supply system for an aircraft, wherein the supply system has a supply module with outlet pipes, feed pipes connected to dihydrogen tanks, and means for channeling the dihydrogen in the feed pipes towards the outlet pipes, a distribution module having introduction pipes connected to the outlet pipes via heaters, distribution pipes connected to an engine, and means for channeling the dihydrogen in the introduction pipes towards the distribution pipes, and a control unit which commands the means of the supply module and of the distribution module depending on the information provided by the detection means. Dihydrogen supply system for an aircraft engine

A supply system for an aircraft arranged between two dihydrogen tanks and an engine. The supply system includes a supply module that assures the flow of dihydrogen between the tanks and an outlet pipe and two heaters mounted in series on a main pipe connected to the engine. The supply system also includes a network of pipes and solenoid valves that, in the event of a problem in one of the components of the supply system, enable dihydrogen to be redirected so as to reach the engine. An engine assembly with an electric motor that includes a cooling system of which a heat sink portion is arranged in an exhaust cone downstream of the fan driven by the electric motor, that is designed to effect thermal exchanges with a wall of the exhaust cone. Such an electric rear fan arrangement with boundary layer ingestion enables a cold air flow coming from the fan when the engine assembly is in operation to be used to cool the different components of the engine assembly.

In order to generate an efficient aerodynamic braking force, whatever the speed of a vehicle such as an airplane flying in the air, the method includes a step for the production of energy by the vehicle, a step of storage of the energy produced and a step of utilization of such energy to drive a propeller which generates a force opposing the forward motion of the vehicle. Energy is produced by using the displacement of the vehicle with respect to air using a propeller driving a generator, or using the displacement with respect to the ground, using wheels driving a generator, or using generators driven by motors of the vehicle. The energy can be stored in the pneumatic, electric or kinetic form and the generation and driving means are selected according to the technology used for the storage means.
