A manual shift transmission is disclosed which includes a shaft, at least one loose wheel carried by the shaft and a gear shift sleeve, which is moveable along the first shaft between a gear position coupling the first loose wheel to the shaft and a neutral position allowing a rotation of the loose wheel against the shaft. A gear shift follower is configured to move the gear shift sleeve along the shaft and acts on the gear shift sleeve. An actuating rod can be shifted in the direction of the shaft for shifting the gear shift follower. The actuating rod carries a clutch body which is adjustable between an active position engaging in a recess of the gear shift follower and a passive position sunk into the first actuating rod.

Manual shift transmission

A clutch assembly for a manual shift transmission includes a first shaft, which carries a first clutch disc, a second shaft that is coaxial to the first shaft. The second shaft carries an axially shiftable second clutch disc, a first ramp, of which at least one section describes a helical line that is coaxial to the shafts, and a first actuating body. The first actuating body is clamped between the first ramp and the second clutch disc and can be moved about a common axis of the shafts between an open position, in which the clutch discs are spaced from one another, and a closing position, in which the clutch discs contact one another in a frictionally joined manner.

Manual shift transmission and clutch assembly therefore

A shifting arrangement for a transmission includes a shifting sleeve, a friction clutch and an actuating element. The shifting sleeve is rotatable between a first position, wherein a first free gear is rotatable relative to a shaft, and a second position, wherein the first free gear is rotatably fixed to the shaft. The friction clutch assembly is moveable between a first position, wherein two parts are rotatable relative to one another, and a second position, wherein the two parts are frictionally coupled. The actuating element is moveable between neutral, intermediate and shifting positions. In the neutral position, the shifting sleeve and the friction clutch assembly are in their first positions. In the intermediate position, the shifting sleeve is in its second position and the friction clutch assembly in its first position. In the shifting position, the shifting sleeve and the friction clutch assembly are in their second positions.

Shifting arrangement with a clutch and synchronizing device for a transmission

A multispeed spur gear transmission is provided with a planetary gear stage. The multispeed spur gear transmission includes, but is not limited to a spur gear pairing for each gear, a clutch bell with clutch device for coupling a transmission input to a motor output shaft, at least one transmission drive shaft and a transmission output shaft for receiving the spur gear pairings of the gears and a transmission output with an output gear on the transmission output shaft. Between the clutch bell and the transmission input the planetary gear stage is arranged, whose planetary gear cage includes, but is not limited to a spur gear rim that meshes with at least one first spur gear of a rotor shaft of an electrodynamic device.

Multispeed spur gear transmission with a planetary gear stage

A transmission for a motor vehicle is provided that includes, but is not limited to, a drive shaft and at least two countershafts which can be driven by the drive shaft with opposite rotational directions. A first one of the countershafts carries a hollow shaft which can be fixed to the first countershaft and on which a first driven gearwheel is rotationally fixed. Further, on the hollow shaft, a second gearwheel is rotatably attached which meshes with a fixed gearwheel of the second countershaft. A selector sleeve is rotationally fixed on the hollow shaft and is displaceable between an engagement position at a selector gearing of the second gearwheel and an engagement position at a selector gearing of the first countershaft.

Manual transmission for a motor vehicle

A gearbox for a motor vehicle is provided that includes, but is not limited to two coaxial input shafts carrying gearwheels, and three layshafts selectively drivable by the input shafts. Each gearwheel of the input shafts meshes with at least one gearwheel of the two layshafts. The three layshafts carry three pinions meshing with a same output gearwheel, and the third layshaft further carries a reverse gearwheel meshing with a gearwheel of the first layshaft.

Gearbox for a motor vehicle

A double-clutch transmission is provided that includes, but is not limited to an inner input shaft inside an outer input shaft. Two clutch discs are connected to the inner input shaft and the outer input shaft, respectively. A first layshaft and a second layshaft are spaced apart from the inner input shaft and arranged in parallel to the inner input shaft. One or more of the two layshafts comprise a fixed output gearwheel for outputting a drive torque. Gearwheels are arranged on the shafts. The gearwheels comprise six gearwheel groups for providing six forward gears and one reverse gear. Each of the gearwheel groups comprises a first fixed gearwheel on one of the inner input shaft meshing with one of the idler gearwheels on one of the first layshaft, the second layshaft, or the third layshaft. Furthermore, a second fixed gearwheel meshes with a second gear idler gearwheel and a fourth gear idler gearwheel. The double-clutch transmission device further comprises a seventh gearwheel group for providing a seventh gear. The seventh gearwheel group comprises a seventh fixed gearwheel on the outer input shaft, meshing with a seventh gear idler gearwheel on one of the first layshaft, the second layshaft, or the third layshaft.

Double-clutch transmission for vehicles

A powershift gearbox includes a first and a second gearbox block in which respectively one gear from a first or second set of gears associated with each gearbox block can be passed between an input shaft and an output shaft of the gearbox block. The inventive gearbox comprises a slip-free clutch arrangement between each gearbox block and a common drive shaft of the powershift gearbox, that enables the input shaft of the gearbox block to be coupled to the drive shaft either directly or by means of a common slippable clutch.
