An auto safety jumper module to prevent accidental short circuits or wrong connections between a jump start system and a motor vehicle battery when jump starting such motor vehicle. The module can be fully automatic and capable of detecting when a motor vehicle battery is connected to it. The module, which can be integrated into or an external add-on to a jump start system, does not need an external sensing wire(s) to detect when alligator clamps of the jump start system are connected to a vehicle battery post or to detect when the alligator clamps are disconnected.

A high-power rechargeable spotlight with two-way universal serial bus (USB) capable of recharging electronic devices as well as recharging itself. A bidirectional universal serial bus (USB) adaptor port that can be integrated into a high-power rechargeable battery-operated spotlight or other rechargeable battery-operated device. The device can utilize a micro-controller to convert a single USB adaptor port into either an input device or an output device. A high-power rechargeable spotlight with bidirectional USB adaptor port is capable of recharging external electronic devices, as well as recharging itself through the same port.

A mountable multiple angle sanitizing light for a door handle with the ability to be powered by batteries or ac mains. Preferably, ultraviolet light is used to disinfect the particular area of the door handle. A motion detection system can also be incorporated to regulate safety procedures and for controlling a light shut-off time, time off, and light illumination time.
