The present invention relates to a system for assisting the driving of a vehicle comprising at least one hydraulic machine forming a pump (), at least one hydraulic machine forming an engine () and an open hydraulic circuit () extending through a tank () and comprising a suction duct () extending from the tank () to an inlet of the pump (), a supply duct () extending from the outlet of the pump () to the inlet of the engine () and a return duct () extending from the outlet of the engines () to the tank (), characterised in that at least one of the engines () is an engine that can disengage the clutch, and in that the system comprises an element forming a restriction () and creating a loss of charge over the return duct and a means () adapted for connecting to the engine casing, the part of the return duct () located upstream of the element forming a restriction () and for applying to the engine casing, from the return duct (), a pressure lower than the pressure of this return duct.

The present invention concerns a hydraulic system comprising a hydraulic pump () installed on a truck tractor (), a hydraulic pipe () connected to the outlet of the pump () and a connector () positioned at the outlet of the pipe () and designed to be connected to a complementary socket () provided on a trailer () in order to supply a ram () positioned on the trailer, for example for tipping purposes, characterised by the fact that it comprises a circuit selector () designed to connect said socket () selectively either to a ram () or a conduit () supplying a drive assistance circuit and an assistance circuit return conduit () designed to be connected to a tank () positioned on the truck tractor.

The invention relates to a flow control valve adapted for use as a flow-dividing and flow-combining valve in hydraulic devices, comprising: a valve body having a first longitudinally extending bore, an outer spool slidably positioned within the bore, the outer spool having an axially extending passageway, a pair of axially extending inner spools slidably positioned within the passageway, the valve body having a first port and a pair of second ports, the outer spool having at least a first opening communicating with the first port and with the passageway, and at least two pairs of second openings therethrough. At least one second opening of each pair is of non-constant longitudinal section narrowing from the outer face of the outer spool on at least a part of the thickness of the second opening, so that a lateral side of the second opening offers an obstacle where a part of the fluid flow entering the second opening crashes before entering the inner spool.
