To provide a controller for power conversion circuit which can maintain the detection value of second voltage at the target value of second voltage without depending on feedback control, when the first voltage is varied. A controller for power conversion circuit changes a control value by feedback control so that the detection value of second voltage approaches a target value of second voltage; calculates a control value for control, by correcting the control value based on the detection value of first voltage so as to correct, in feedforward manner, a change of the control value due to a change of the first voltage if correction of the control value is not performed; and controls on/off the switching device based on the control value for control.

Provided is a drive device for a rotating electric machine, including: a power conversion unit configured to convert DC power supplied from a storage battery into AC power, and to supply the AC power to a rotating electric machine; and a control unit output a switching signal to the power conversion unit. A determination unit receives information indicating a magnitude of an ON current between the source of the first semiconductor element and the drain of the first semiconductor element, and a measured value of the ON voltage in the voltage measurement unit, and determines whether the plurality of semiconductor elements are in a normal state or in an overheated state based on the measured value of the ON voltage and the received information indicating the magnitude of the ON current.

An electric power converter including an electric-power conversion circuit that performs bidirectional conversion of a voltage between a DC power source and a motor and outputs the voltage, a first voltage detector that detects an inter-terminal voltage at the DC power source side of the electric-power conversion unit, a second voltage detector that detects an inter-terminal voltage at the motor side of the electric-power conversion unit, and a controller. The controller includes a first calculator that calculates a main duty, based on a target voltage and the inter-terminal voltage at the motor side, and a second calculator that calculates a sub-duty, based on the main duty, the inter-terminal voltage at the motor side, and the inter-terminal voltage, at the DC power source side, detected by the second voltage detection unit. The controller calculates a duty amount for operating the electric-power conversion unit, based on the main duty and the sub-duty.

Provided is a DC/DC converter device capable of suppressing overshooting of an output voltage and fluctuation of an input voltage. The DC/DC converter device includes: a DC/DC converter including a power conversion unit and a reactor; and a control unit. The control unit includes a rate-of-change limiting value setting unit configured to set a rate-of-change limiting value for the output voltage target value, and is configured to limit the output voltage command value by using the rate-of-change limiting value, to thereby generate the output voltage target value. In a DC-DC voltage conversion device, overheat of a diode element connected in anti-parallel with a semiconductor switching element is a problem, and in order to resolve this, a temperature of a semiconductor switching element of a main conversion circuit is detected, a temperature of a diode element connected in parallel with the semiconductor switching element is calculated using a correction calculation of the detected semiconductor switching element temperature value in accordance with a step-up ratio of the DC-DC voltage conversion device, and diode element overheat protection is carried out in accordance with the calculated temperature value.

DC/DC converter

In this DC/DC converter, a first controller calculates a first operation value on the basis of a difference between output voltage Vout and a first calculated value calculated on the basis of a detection value of voltage of the charge/discharge capacitor. A second controller calculates a second operation value on the basis of a difference between a charge/discharge capacitor voltage target value Vcf* and charge/discharge capacitor voltage Vcf. In control blocks, addition and subtraction of the first and second operation values are performed, and the conduction rates for switching elements are controlled, to control the output voltage and a charge/discharge capacitor voltage, thereby preventing application of overvoltage to the switching elements.

An object of this invention is to obtain a control apparatus and a control method for a DC/DC converter, with which a DC/DC converter can be controlled with superior stability and responsiveness while reducing the size of a storage medium. A calculation value is calculated in accordance with a specific control method using a differential voltage between a target output voltage and an output voltage, whereupon a control calculation value is calculated from the calculation value and an input voltage.

Control apparatus and control method for DC/DC converter capable of bidirectional power transfer
