A hard coat layer on which adhered fingerprints are inconspicuous is provided. The hard coat layerconsists of a cured product. The cured product is formed by curing a curable composition by irradiating it with an ultraviolet ray. The curable composition contains a curable resin. The curable resin contains reactive monomers. The reactive monomers contain an isocyanuric acid derivative. The isocyanuric acid derivative is preferably tri(meth)acrylate of an ethylene oxide and &#x3b5;-caprolactone adduct of isocyanuric acid.

Curable composition, cured product and laminate

The present invention provides a film for optical use wherein interference patterns are inconspicuous, while hard coat properties and image sharpness are maintained. In the film for optical use, an undercoat layeris disposed between a base material layerand a resin layerhaving hard coat properties. Refractive index na of the base material layer, refractive index nb of the undercoat layerand refractive index nc of the resin layersatisfy the relationship of na&#x2266;nb&#x2266;nc or na&#x2267;nb&#x2267;nc (provided that na&#x2260;nc). The difference between the refractive index na of the base material layerand the refractive index nb of the resin layeris 0.5 or smaller. Since the difference of refractive indexes of adjacent layers is low, interference unevenness can be suppressed and image sharpness can be maintained.

Film for optical use, transparent conductive member and transparent touch panel using the same

A fingerprint easily erasable film formed by providing a resin layer on a substrate, in which surface of the resin layer is matted and which is formed so that the surface of the resin layer should show a wet tension (JIS-K 6768:1999) of 25 mN/m or higher. Preferably, the resin layer has a surface roughness of 0.2 to 2.0 &#x3bc;m in terms of the ten point mean roughness Rz (JIS-B 0601:1994). The resin layer preferably contains an ionizing radiation curable resin and a matting agent, more preferably, two kinds of matting agents having different average particle diameters. On the fingerprint easily erasable film having such a configuration, ingredients of fingerprint are unlikely to adhere, and even if ingredients of fingerprint adhere, the ingredients of fingerprint can be removed substantially completely or to such a degree that they cannot be visually observed by wiping with cloth or the like.

There is provided an anti-Newton ring sheet having an excellent anti-sparkle property, which can prevent the generation of sparkles when it is used in a touch panel using a high-definition color display, and a touch panel using this anti-Newton ring sheet. The anti-Newton ring sheetof the present invention has an anti-Newton ring layercomprising ionizing radiation curable organic-inorganic hybrid resin (binder component) and fine particleson one surface of a transparent substrate, and preferably the mean diameter and the coefficient of variation of the diameter of the particleis not less than 0.5 &#x3bc;m and not more than 3.0 &#x3bc;m and not less than 20% and not more than 80%, respectively, and the thickness of the anti-Newton ring layeris preferably not less than 0.2 &#x3bc;m and not more than 3.5 &#x3bc;m.

Anti-newton ring sheet and touch panel using the same

A transparent hard coat film having excellent hardness and transmitted resolution, in which an interference fringe attributable to non-uniform thickness of the transparent hard coat layer is not noticeable, is provided. The transparent hard coat film of the invention has a transparent hard coat layer formed on at least one surface of a transparent polymer film, wherein the transparent hard coat film has a b* value in the L*a*b* color space system of 0.5 or less.

Transparent hard coat film, transparent conductive hard coat film, touch panel using this film, and liquid crystal display device using this touch panel

In a transparent hard coat film, in which a transparent hard coat layer is formed on at least one surface of a transparent polymer film, the transparent hard coat layer is composed of at least an ionizing radiation curable organic-inorganic hybrid hard-coat agent and inorganic particles having a mean particle diameter of 1-10 &#x3bc;m. The organic-inorganic hybrid hard-coat agent preferably contains reactive silica. Such a transparent hard coat film of the present invention has well-balanced anti-glare effect and resolution and yet has hardness that is typically expressed as surface hardness.

Transparent hard coat film

A transparent hard coat film includes a transparent polymer film and one or more transparent hard coat layers including at least an ionizing radiation curable resin and two or more kinds of inorganic particles having different average diameters. The transparent hard coat film prevents glare of a color screen when it is placed on a high definition color display. It also prevents glare caused by external light without causing blurring of the screen images due to degradation of transparency and improves visibility of the display.

Transparent hard coat film containing at least two inorganic particles of different particle sizes

An adhesive layer composed of at least an ionizing radiation curable resin binder, a thermoplastic resin binder and two or more matting agents having different average diameters is formed on a transparent polymer film to obtain a support film for a transparent conductive thin film. Alternatively, a transparent hard coat layer containing at least an ionizing radiation curable resin binder and,a matting agent having an average diameter of 1-15 &mgr;m, and an adhesive layer containing at least an ionizing radiation curable resin binder, a thermoplastic resin binder and a matting agent having an average diameter of 5-50 nm are formed on a transparent polymer film. The thus obtained support film is excellent in durability when the transparent conductive thin film is formed thereon and prevents occurrence of a Newton-ring, which is produced in a touch panel of the conventional liquid crystal display. The support film, when used in a touch panel of a color liquid crystal display, prevents glare of the color screen and is suitable for use in touch panels of both monochrome and color liquid crystal displays.
