The present disclosure provides a lane change route instructing device and a lane change route instructing system such that, by considering the necessity of a lane change of a multiple of vehicles existing in a periphery, a coinciding of travel routes accompanying a lane change is avoided, and the vehicles can be caused to carry out a traveling operation smoothly. A lane change route instructing device determines whether or not target travel routes of each vehicle will coincide with each other in accompaniment to a lane change, determines an inter-vehicle priority relating to a lane change, and when it is determined that a coinciding of the target travel routes will occur, transmits a command to maintain the target travel route to a highest priority coinciding vehicle among coinciding vehicles whose target travel routes have been determined to be going to coincide with each other, and transmits a command for evasive travel that avoids a coinciding with the target travel route of the highest priority coinciding vehicle to a low priority coinciding vehicle.

A vehicle driving assistance system includes a vehicle side communication system and a base point side communication system. The base point side communication system includes: a receiving part which receives the vehicle information and the video image information; a drive route operation part which searches for a drive route of the vehicle; an object discrimination part which recognizes an object existing on the drive route; a collision judgment part which judges about whether there is a risk of collision with the object; an information determination part which selects video image information for transmitting, according to the type of collision; a transmitting part which transmits the video image information to the vehicle, having the vehicle side communication system. A conventional V2X communication system relays vehicle information received from vehicles, from a base station to all vehicles in an area. Accordingly, a problem arises in that unnecessary transmission to vehicles which do not require vehicle information occurs, resulting in increase in a traffic amount in communication. According to the present disclosure, only if it is determined, based on information that is held by a vehicle or a base station and that is about an area in which direct transmission or reception is difficult, that direct transmission of vehicle information to another vehicle or reception of vehicle information transmitted from the other vehicle is difficult, the vehicle information is transmitted to the other vehicle via the base station.
