The bearing and rotating cylinders defining at least a cylindrical gap; one or more magnetic or electromagnetic components operatively engaged to the bearing cylinder and/or to the rotating cylinder to generate at least one electric current during the rotation of the rotating cylinder inside the bearing cylinder; an impeller or impellers arranged in the chamber of the rotating cylinder according to positions aligned along a longitudinal axis of the latter, the impellers engaged inside the rotating cylinder to rotate integrally with the latter upon the action of a fluid.

Turbine current generator

A process and system for applying a liner to an inner surface of a pipeline uses an 'inversion' technique to apply the liner. This involves arranging the liner into everted and non-everted portions and driving the non-everted portion through the pipeline such that it everts and is applied to the inner surface of the pipeline. At least first and second pipeline vehicles are used to drive the non-everted portion of the liner through the pipeline.

An electro-acoustic transducer includes a tubular body extending a longitudinal direction and having two end portions, opposing each other longitudinally, and internally having a first chamber, sending with the first end portion and a second chamber, on one side adjacent to and in fluidic communication with the first chamber and on the other side ending with the second end portion. The first end portion is closed towards the outside by a membrane applied to the tubular body. The second end portion has openings that put it in fluidic communication to the outside of the tubular body. The first chamber containing electrical windings arranged in succession to each other in the longitudinal direction. The second chamber is filled with a liquid. A movable element is housed in the first chamber and has a permanent magnets packaged and arranged one above the other, with the magnetization alternating and separated.

A process is also described for reconfiguring an optical reflectometry system already installed at a facility to be monitored.

Optical fiber vibration measurement system in multiphase flows with related method to monitor multiphase flows

A method for revealing anomalous discontinuity interfaces in pore pressures in non-drilled geological formations and an implementing system. The method includes generating, by an electroacoustic transducer, first pressure sound waves and receiving a reflected signal of such first pressure sound waves generated by at least one discontinuity interface due to passage from first to second different geological formations situated successively along an emission direction of the electroacoustic transducer; calculating speed of the first pressure sound waves generated and distance between the electroacoustic transducer and the at least one discontinuity interface; generating, by the electroacoustic transducer, second pressure sound waves and revealing the electrical impedance induced at terminals of the electroacoustic transducer; estimating, based on the electrical impedance revealed, plural parameters characteristic of the first and second geological formation; estimating pressure of the second geological formation based on the sound speed and distance calculated and the plural characteristic parameters estimated.

Method for revealing anomalous discontinuity interfaces in pore pressures in non-drilled geological formations and a system implementing it

A detection system of geological formations, particularly but not exclusively used for oil exploration, and for characterization and monitoring of hydrocarbon reservoirs. The detection system includes an electromagnetic transmission device positioned on a surface of a geological formation close to a first well having a vertical development direction, the first well being covered by a metal casing, and an electromagnetic reception device positioned deep inside the first well, the electromagnetic reception device including an electromagnetic detector. The electromagnetic transmission device includes a primary electromagnetic field generator configured to generate a primary electromagnetic field focalized in a direction of the metal casing, the metal casing irradiating the primary electromagnetic field into the geological formation.
