A hydraulic braking system for a vehicle includes a master brake cylinder, a hydraulic unit and a plurality of wheel brakes, the hydraulic unit including at least one brake circuit for brake pressure modulation in the wheel brakes. A bistable solenoid valve is associated with at least one wheel brake, which valve is looped into the corresponding fluid channel, immediately upstream of the associated wheel brake, and in a de-energized open position enables brake pressure modulation in the associated wheel brake, and in a de-energized closed position seals a current brake pressure in the associated wheel brake, wherein a hydraulic force brought about by the sealed-in brake pressure acts in a seat-opening manner in the corresponding bistable solenoid valve.

A bistable solenoid valve for a hydraulic brake system, includes a guide sleeve, in which an upper and a lower non-moving pole core are arranged fixedly and a closing element is arranged movably, wherein the closing element penetrates into a valve seat during a closing movement and lifts up from the valve seat during an opening movement. The closing element is connected fixedly to a permanent magnet, wherein the permanent magnet is positioned between the lower and the upper pole core. A coil group is positioned around the guide sleeve and substantially encloses the guide sleeve. The coil group includes at least two coils, wherein the coil group is configured in such a way that an actuation of a movement of the closing element takes place by means of an activation of the at least two coils.

A bistable solenoid valve for a hydraulic brake system has a guide sleeve in which an upper immovable pole core is fixedly arranged and a closing element is displaceably arranged. The closing element is forced into a valve seat during a closing movement and lifts off from the valve seat during an opening movement, and is fixedly connected to a magnet assembly. An actuation of the movement of the closing element is performed by the magnet assembly via a coil positioned around and substantially surrounding the guide sleeve. A lower immovable pole core is fixedly arranged in the guide sleeve and the magnet assembly is positioned between the lower and the upper pole core.

A drive device for a hydraulic pump of a braking system for a motor vehicle includes a housing, a rotor, a rotor shaft mounted in the housing and supporting the rotor, and a commutator arranged in the housing. The commutator includes at least one commutator brush held by a brush holder. The commutator brush cooperates with a commutator ring arranged on the rotor shaft in a non-rotatable manner. The brush holder includes a sealing ring assigned to the commutator which is arranged coaxially to the rotor shaft and interacts with the rotor shaft in a sealing manner.

A brake system damping device includes a first space to which hydraulic pressure is to be applied, a second space in which a compressible medium is situated, and a first separation element configured to separate the first space from the second space. In a solenoid valve for a hydraulic braking system, a mechanical locking device is formed between a guide assembly and a valve armature or tappet. The mechanical locking device releases the valve armature or the tappet in a currentless closed position such that the restoring spring drives the valve armature and presses the closing element into the valve seat to seal and fastens the valve armature or the tappet in a currentless open position against the force of the restoring spring in an axial locking position such that the closing element lifts from the valve seat. An adjustable magnetic valve includes a magnet assembly and a guide sleeve in which a static component is arranged fixedly and a valve armature is arranged so as to be axially displaceable therein. The magnet assembly is pushed onto the static component and the guide sleeve. The static component forms an axial stop for the valve armature, which either forces a closing element into a valve seat or lifts the closing element from the valve seat depending on the direction in which the valve armature is driven. The valve armature and the static component are each formed as plastic components. The valve armature has a magnet receptacle that receives a permanent magnet, which is polarized in terms of its movement direction such that the permanent magnet is arranged within the magnet assembly regardless of the armature stroke.

A normally closed solenoid valve includes a valve sleeve, a pole core fixedly positioned in the sleeve, an axially displaceable armature, a spring, a closing element, a valve seat, and an elastic component. The spring acts between the pole core and the armature in order to push the closing element into the valve seat. The closing element interacts with the armature. A prestressing force of the spring causes a deformation of the elastic component, which is positioned between the armature and the pole core, such that an impact of the armature on the pole core is damped via a regression of the deformation of the elastic component.

A valve armature assembly of a solenoid valve includes a body, a closing element, and an elastic damping element. The body includes a depression located at an end of the body. The closing element is received in the depression and includes a closing member configured to interact with a valve seat of the valve. The elastic element is positioned in the depression between the closing element and the body and is configured to damp a pulse resulting from the closing member striking the valve seat.

An internal gear pump for a slip-controlled hydraulic vehicle braking system has a pinion, an internal gear and a separating piece which is arranged between the pinion and the internal gear. The internal gear pump also has an inner part and an outer part, and separates a suction chamber from a pressure chamber. The separating piece is configured to protrude counter to a rotational direction of the internal gear pump beyond a sealing point of the inner part on the outer part such that the inner part and the outer part bear in front of the sealing point against at least one tooth tip of a tooth of the pinion and of the internal gear of the internal gear pump. As a result, tilting of the inner part and of the outer part away from the pinion and from the internal gear about the sealing point is avoided.

A solenoid valve for controlling fluids includes a pole core, an armature which is connected to a closing element, and a spring element which is arranged in a working gap between the pole core and the armature. The spring element includes a shaped spring of substantially disk-shaped design. The shaped spring has a curvature with at least one flank region and one dome region, a tangent to the dome region being parallel to an end surface of the pole core.
