A recording apparatus includes a printing portion and a first conveying portion. The printing portion ejects liquid to print a medium having elasticity. The first conveying portion is disposed upstream of the printing portion in a conveying direction along which the medium is conveyed to the printing portion. The first conveying portion includes at least two conveying bodies disposed in the conveying direction and around which the medium is alternately wound. The conveying bodies each include a shaft extending in a width direction orthogonal to the conveying direction and a plurality of rollers rotatably supported by the shaft. The plurality of rollers are supported to be inclined outward with respect to the conveying direction from upstream to downstream in the conveying direction.

Recording apparatus capable of printing elastic medium

A recording apparatus includes a printing portion, a first conveying portion, and a second conveying portion. The printing portion ejects liquid to print a medium having elasticity. The first conveying portion is disposed upstream of the printing portion in a conveying direction along which the medium is conveyed to the printing portion, and conveys the medium while stretching the medium in the conveying direction and in a width direction orthogonal to the conveying direction. The second conveying portion conveys the medium conveyed by the first conveying portion while keeping the medium facing the printing portion.

A head unit includes a common flow path, one or more recording heads, and a joint mechanism. The common flow path includes a liquid supply path through which one or more types of liquid including ink pass. The recording head is attachable to and detachable from the common flow path and has nozzles that discharge ink. The joint mechanism connects the liquid supply path and the liquid supply port of the recording head. The joint mechanism includes a first on-off valve and a coupling member. The first on-off valve is fixed to the common flow path and opens/closes the liquid supply path. The coupling member couples the first on-off valve and the liquid supply port. The coupling member is movable between a coupling position where the coupling member is coupled to the first on-off valve and a retracted position where the coupling member is retracted from the coupling position.

An image forming apparatus includes an optical system unit and an attachment board. The optical system unit forms an electrostatic latent image by irradiating an image bearing member with light. The optical system unit is attached to the attachment board. The attachment board includes a mounting surface, a first recess portion, and a second recess portion. The optical system unit is mounted on the mounting surface. The first recess portion and the second recess portion are provided in the mounting surface to form air paths. The first recess portion is located below a lower surface of the optical system unit, extending in a first direction. The second recess portion is located below the lower surface of the optical system unit, extending in a direction different from the first direction and crossing the first recess portion.

Image forming apparatus

A sheet conveyance apparatus includes a sheet conveyance path, a sheet feeding member, a driving mechanism, a stopper, an interlocking portion, a cover member, and an evacuation mechanism. The stopper is configured to change a posture between a projection posture and an evacuation posture. The projection posture is configured to project into the sheet conveyance path so as to prevent the sheet to be loaded on a sheet loading portion from abutting on the sheet feeding member. The evacuation posture is configured to evacuate the stopper from the sheet conveyance path. The evacuation mechanism is configured to: change the stopper to have the evacuation posture, or to be in a posture changeable state where the stopper changes from the projection posture to the evacuation posture by application of external force, in conjunction with a change of the cover member from a closed state to the open state.
