There is provided a corrosion-resistant member in which a corrosion-resistant coating film is less likely to peel off from a base material even when the corrosion-resistant member is subjected to a thermal history. The corrosion-resistant member includes: a base material () containing aluminum or an aluminum alloy; and a corrosion-resistant coating film () formed on the surface of the base material (), in which the corrosion-resistant coating film () contains aluminum fluoride hydroxide AlF(OH)in which a space group belongs to R-3c, and x in the chemical formula is 0.05 or more and 1.00 or less.

Corrosion-resistant member

A corrosion-resistant member including: a metal base material (); and a corrosion-resistant coating () formed on the surface of the base material (). The corrosion-resistant coating () is a stack of a magnesium fluoride layer () and an aluminum fluoride layer () in order from the base material () side. The aluminum fluoride layer () has a first crystalline region (A) and a second crystalline region (B) containing crystalline aluminum fluoride. The first crystalline region (A) is a region in which diffraction spot arrays having regularity are observed in an electron beam diffraction image obtained by irradiation with electron beams having a beam diameter of 10 nm to 20 nm. The second crystalline region (B) is a region in which a plurality of diffraction spots is observed but diffraction spot arrays having regularity are not observed in an electron beam diffraction image obtained by irradiation with the above-described electron beams.

A corrosion-resistant member including: a metal base material (); a corrosion-resistant coating () formed on the surface of the base material (); and a buffer layer () formed between the base material () and the corrosion-resistant coating (). The base material () contains a main element having the highest mass content ratio among elements contained in the base material () and a trace element having a mass content ratio of 1% by mass or less. The corrosion-resistant coating () contains at least one kind selected from magnesium fluoride, aluminum fluoride, and aluminum oxide. The buffer layer () contains an element of the same kind as the trace element, and the content ratio obtained by energy dispersive X-ray analysis of the element of the same kind as the trace element contained in the buffer layer () is 2% by mass or more and 99% by mass or less.

An electrode catalyst ink composition which includes metal oxide-based electrode catalyst particles, an electrolyte, and a mixed liquid medium, wherein the mixed liquid medium contains 40 to 85% by mass of water; 5 to 30% by mass of an aqueous solvent (A) that has an evaporation rate of 2.0 or lower when the evaporation rate of water at 25&#xb0; C. is 1, and a solubility parameter (SP value) of not less than 9; and 10 to 30% by mass of a monoalcohol (B) that has an evaporation rate of higher than 2.0 when the evaporation rate of water at 25&#xb0; C. is 1, and not more than 3 carbon atoms, provided that the total amount of the mixed liquid medium is 100% by mass.

Electrode catalyst ink composition

The present invention concerns an oxygen reduction catalyst comprising composite particles in which primary particles of a titanium compound is dispersed into a carbon structure, wherein the composite particles have titanium, carbon, nitrogen and oxygen as constituent elements, and with regard to a ratio of number of atoms of each of the elements when titanium is taken as 1, a ratio of carbon is larger than 2 and 5 or less, a ratio of nitrogen is larger than 0 and 1 or less, and a ratio of oxygen is 1 or more and 3 or less, and an intensity ratio (D/G ratio) of D band peak intensity to G band peak intensity in a Raman spectrum is in the range of 0.4 to 1.0. The oxygen reduction catalyst according to the present invention has satisfactory initial performance and excellent start-stop durability.

Oxygen reduction catalyst and method for producing same

An oxygen reduction catalyst which includes composite particles including a portion including an inorganic metal compound and a portion containing carbon. The composite particles include a metal element M1, carbon, and oxygen as constituent elements; the amount of carbon atoms is 1 to 10 mol, and the amount of oxygen atoms is 1 to 3 mol, assuming that the total amount of atoms in the metal element M1 is 1 mol; a G-band and a D-band are present in a Raman spectrum, and a V/G ratio defined in an expression described below is 0.10 to 0.35: V/G ratio=(minimum value of spectral intensity in region V which is a region between G-band and D-band)/(peak intensity in G-band).

Oxygen reduction catalyst and use thereof

The present invention relates to a method for producing acrolein, comprising step (1) of subjecting glycerol to dehydration reaction in the presence of a copper compound and a compound containing a heteroatom; step (2) of recovering acrolein generated in the dehydration reaction step (1); step (3) of recovering part or all of the copper compound which remained after the recovery of acrolein; step (4) of treating part or all of the recovered copper compound with at least one member selected from a group consisting of an oxidizing agent and acid; and step (5) of returning part or all of the copper compound treated in the above step to step (1); and a method for producing acrylic acid, comprising reacting acrolein obtained by the above method with molecular oxygen. The production method of the present invention enables efficient production of acrolein and acrylic acid from glycerol contained in plant oil and animal fats derived from carbon dioxide in air without depending on the oxidation of propylene derived from fossil resources.
