The steam generation device includes a steam generation container, a lid portion, and a water level sensor. The steam generation container heats water. The lid portion covers an upper opening portion of the steam generation container. The water level sensor detects a water level in the steam generation container. The water level sensor includes a first electrode rod, a second electrode rod, a bracket, and silicone rubber. The first electrode rod is fixed to the lid portion in a state where the first electrode rod penetrates the lid portion. The bracket is configured integrally with the second electrode rod, inserted into an opening portion provided in the lid portion, and fixed to a peripheral edge portion of the opening portion. The silicone rubber is interposed between the bracket and the lid portion.

Steam generation device and heating cooking apparatus

A water receiving member is reduced in size and is therefore made difficult to visually recognize. A cooking device () includes a main body (), a front door (), and a waste receiving member (). The front door () has a water droplet restraining part () provided on a lower portion of an inner surface of the front door () which inner surface faces the heating room (). While the front door () is closed, the water droplet restraining part () protrudes diagonally downwardly or horizontally from the inner surface of the front door () toward a rear side of the main body ().

Cooker

Provided is a heating cooker that can efficiently apply steam to the entire food and can also cook the food quickly. A heating cooker (A) includes a toasting grill () provided within a cooking chamber () and a lower heater () provided at a lower section within the cooking chamber (). Steam is blown between the toasting grill () and the lower heater () from a steam outlet () provided in at least one sidewall of the cooking chamber ().

A damper opening/closing mechanism includes: a damper which swings about a shaft to open and close a flow passage; an actuating lever which swings so as to swing the damper about the shaft; a reciprocating part which moves reciprocatively; and elastic members which are attached to the reciprocating part and positioned on forward-and-backward both sides in a swinging direction of the actuating lever and moreover which elastically bias the actuating lever along with reciprocative motions of the reciprocating part.

Damper opening/closing mechanism and cooking device with same

In a built-in drawer type cooking device, an open/close doorand a heating containerthat constitute a drawer bodyare separably connected to each other. The open/close doorand the heating containerare connected via an insulatorto prevent a discharge phenomenon due to emission of microwaves. The open/close doorand the heating containercan be separated from each other with the drawer bodybeing drawn out, and thus the heating containercan be taken out of the cooking device and cleaned or wholly washed. An inner wall surface of a heating chamberthat is easily contaminated can be cleaned while being visually checked. The heating containerand the open/close doorare separately produced, and can be individually stored, conveyed and stacked, thereby reducing a rejection rate due to deformation and increasing productivity in an assembling process.

Drawer type cooking device

A microwave oven includes a heating chamber, a turntable provided in the oven, a magnetron, a waveguide for guiding the microwave generated by the magnetron into the heating chamber, an electric field sensor provided at the inner wall face of the waveguide or the heating chamber, a metal reflector provided rotatably inside the waveguide for adjusting the impedance of a load at the heating chamber side by its rotation angle, and a circuit responsive to an output of the electric field sensor for controlling the rotation angle of the metal reflector. The control circuit includes a first program for controlling the rotation angle of the metal reflector according to a first method within a predetermined time period from the start of operation of the microwave oven, and a second program for controlling the rotation angle of the metal reflector according to a second method different from the first method after elapse of the predetermined time period. For example, in the first method, the rotation angle of the metal reflector is sequentially controlled so that the output of the electric field sensor is minimum, and in the second method, the rotation angle of the metal reflector is fixed to an average value of the rotation angle of the metal reflector of the first method. The initial rotation angle of the metal reflector is determined so that impedance matching can be obtained when load of approximately 300-500 cc calculated in water load is placed at the center of the heating chamber.
