An insulation detector for highly accurately detecting or measuring, with a simple configuration, insulation resistance of a load or an apparatus to a ground or a housing and connected to an electric apparatus including one or both of an intra-apparatus capacitor and a battery, the insulation detector including an intra-insulation detector capacitor, a voltage detecting unit that detects a voltage of the intra-insulation detector capacitor, and a current-path forming switch for connecting the ground or the housing, the intra-apparatus capacitor, and the intra-insulation detector capacitor in series and forming a current path including insulation resistance of the electric apparatus. The insulation detector measures the insulation resistance by measuring a time constant of a change in the voltage of the intra-insulation detector capacitor. A capacitance value of the intra-insulation detector capacitor is a value negligible in the measurement of the insulation resistance compared with a capacitance value of the intra-apparatus capacitor.

Insulation detector and electric apparatus

A numerical control device includes a drive-shaft movement-amount estimation unit to estimate a first movement amount of a first object that is a target to be moved by a first drive shaft by using a first drive signal, an undriven-object movement-amount estimation unit to estimate a second movement amount of a second object in a three dimensional space, which is generated due to a drive force of the first drive shaft, by using the first drive signal, a correction-amount calculation unit to calculate a correction amount for the first drive signal on the basis of the first movement amount and the second movement amount, and a first correction-signal output unit to output a first corrected drive signal obtained by correcting the first drive signal by the correction amount to a drive unit to drive the first drive shaft.

Numerical control device

A laser processing machine includes a processing head having a sensor, and a control unit to which a signal from the sensor is inputted. The control unit determines, by the signal, whether a drive shaft for the processing head needs to be adjusted. When the drive shaft is a state of needing adjustment, the control unit informs a display unit that the drive shaft is in a state of needing adjustment, and adjusts the drive shaft for the processing head by comparing data of a signal from the sensor with prestored data obtained during normal operation, in a different process than a laser processing process.

Laser processing machine and system for shaft adjustment

A numerical control apparatus includes: a numerical control unit that generates a command position; a drive control unit that is connected to the numerical control unit; and a signal measurement unit that is connected to the numerical control unit and the drive control unit. The drive control unit generates a command controlling a drive unit connected to a control target such that the control target follows the command position, and generates indicator signal data to be output to the numerical control unit and the signal measurement unit. The numerical control unit includes an arithmetic unit that performs processing of acquiring the indicator signal data as first indicator signal data and second indicator signal data, comparing the two indicator signal data, calculating a communication delay of the second indicator signal data with respect to the first indicator signal data, and determining input time of the measured signal.

Numerical control apparatus

A machine motion trajectory measuring apparatus includes a three-axis acceleration sensor measuring acceleration of a motion-trajectory measurement subject and outputting the result as an acceleration sensor signal, a sensor signal separation unit separating the acceleration sensor signal into two or more frequency bands, a motor signal separation unit separating a detection position signal into the frequency bands identical to those of the sensor signal separation unit, a data calibration unit calibrating the acceleration sensor signal in each of the two or more frequency bands by using the acceleration sensor signal separated by the sensor signal separation unit and the detection position signal separated by the motor signal separation unit and obtaining a motion trajectory component in each of the two or more frequency bands, and a motion trajectory calculation unit coupling the motion trajectory components in the two or more frequency bands and outputting the result as a motion trajectory.
