A liquid feeder includes: a first arm having a first nozzle; a second arm having a second nozzle; a first rotation shaft supporting a proximal end part of the first arm; a second rotation shaft supporting a proximal end part of the second arm; a first rotation driver configured to rotate the first rotation shaft to turn the first arm from a fluid feed position to a retracted position; a second rotation driver configured to rotate the second rotation shaft to turn the second arm from a fluid feed position to a retracted position; and a controller. The first rotation shaft and the second rotation shaft are disposed coaxially with each other. The controller is capable of controlling the operation of the first rotation driver and the operation of the second rotation driver independently of each other.

A substrate processing apparatus includes a polishing section and a transport section. The polishing section has a first polishing unit, a second polishing unit, and a transport mechanism. A dielectric ceramic composition comprises a main component composed of at least one selected from BaTiO, (Ba, Ca)TiO, (Ba, Sr)TiOand (Ba, Ca, Sr)TiO, an oxide of rare earth element and a composite compound including Ba. 9 to 13 mol of the composite compound in terms of composite compound is included in the dielectric composition. The dielectric ceramic composition includes surface diffusion particles having surface diffusion structure composed of non diffusion phase and diffusion phase including rare earth element. In the surface diffusion particle, when an area of the non diffusion phase is defined as S1, an area of the diffusion phase is defined as S2, S1 and S2 satisfy a relation of S1:S2=20:80 to 30:70 (Note that, except S1=30 and S2=70), when an average concentration of the rare earth element in the surface diffusion particle is defined as C, S2 and C satisfy a relation of 4.8&#x2266;S2&#xd7;C&#x2266;5.8. By the present invention, dielectric ceramic composition which improves reliability with obtaining good specific permittivity and temperature characteristic and electronic component to which the dielectric ceramic composition is applied can be obtained.

A seal system for a pressure vessel which includes a substantially rigid outer shell with at least one opening therein, an inner liner disposed within the outer shell against the inside surface thereof, an opening aligned with the opening of the outer shell and a boss disposed in the opening of the outer shell. The boss includes a neck portion for fitting in the opening of the outer shell, a flange portion extending outwardly from one end of the neck portion and having an upper surface and a lower surface, and a generally cylindrical hollow substantially aligned with the outer shell opening and having an inwardly projecting annular shoulder. The lip segment of the liner extends radially inwardly under the lower surface of the flange portion of the boss and then upwardly into the hollow of the boss, along the interior wall of the hollow until a portion of the lip segment rests on the shoulder. The seal system includes an attachment or coupling device having a generally cylindrical, downwardly extending lower insert section. The lower insert section includes an annular bottom wall in which is formed an annular recess opened downwardly. An upper head section is formed at the upper end of the insert section and includes a radially extending flange. The insert section is dimensioned to fit in and be received by the hollow of the boss above the shoulder. The seal system also includes a resilient O-ring for disposition in the recess of the insert section of the coupling device to protrude from the recess a sufficient distance to contact and seal against the lip section of the liner resting on the shoulder of the boss hollow, when the insert section is fitted into the hollow.

Seal system for fluid pressure vessels

In a motorcar having a compressed fuel cylinder charged with a compressed fuel disposed in a compartment, pipes connected to the fuel cylinder within the compartment are connected to a joint unit penetrating a partition wall partitioning the compartment from an outside and the joint unit is connected to pipes connected to an internal combustion engine and the like out of the compartment. A fuel charge passage, a fuel supply passage and a relief passage in a cylinder cap of the fuel cylinder and a fuel charge passage, a fuel supply passage and a relief passage in an interior side of the joint unit are connected with each other through an interior charge pipe, and interior supply pipe and an interior fuel relief pipe, respectively. A fuel charge pipe, a fuel supply pipe and a relief pipe out of the compartment are connected to a fuel charge passage, a fuel supply passage and a relief passage in an exterior side of the joint unit. The interior fuel charge pipe, the interior fuel supply pipe and the interior fuel relief pipe are covered by a seal cover airtightly. A fuel leakage inspection is conducted by comparing gas pressures at two different times after fuel charging in the piping outside the compartment.

A fuel supply system for an internal combustion engine including a fuel tank having a resin liner. The fuel tank is constructed so as to withstand refueling of compressed gaseous fuel. Fuel filled in the fuel tank is supplied to the engine through a fuel supply passage. When the pressure within the fuel tank drops below a predetermined value, the supply of fuel to the engine is inhibited.

A cylinder block for an internal combustion engine includes the skeleton frame formed of metal and a waterjacket surrounding the frame formed of a heat resistant plastic. The engine includes a cylinder head and the cylinder bearing supports and a sleeve forming a cylinder bore. The engine block, cylinder head and main bearings are fixed together with bolts which pass through portions of the framework parallel to the metal sleeve. The engine also includes an air intake pipe with the portion of the pipe adjacent the waterjacket integrally formed with the waterjacket.
