An air blowing device includes a housing with a suction port and a blow-off port, and a fan placed in the housing. The fan includes a fan case with a tongue section, an impeller, and a motor. The fan case includes an inlet and an outlet, and is shaped such that a space between the impeller and an inner wall of the fan case increases along a rotary direction of the impeller up to a cross section cut along a line between the tongue section and its opposite section. An opening area of the fan case at the tongue section is kept equal or decreases up to the outlet.

Air blowing device

An electric motor includes a magnet rotor which is placed with an air gap interposed between it and a stator and has a magnetic pole portion formed from a plastic magnet which swells by hydrogen bonds, an inverter circuit, a DC-voltage conversion portion, a driving logic control portion, a supply current value control portion, a current value designation portion, a reference current value designation portion, and a correlation designation portion, wherein the correlation designation portion determines an average current value by changing the average current value linearly or non-linearly with respect to a reference current value, and the magnetic pole portion absorbs moisture to swell, thereby making the air gap smaller, at higher humidity than a reference humidity.

Electric motor and electrical apparatus equipped with same

Having a correlative relation indicator for indicating a correlative relation so that the supply current to be supplied to an inverter circuit may be varied proportionally to the voltage applied to the inverter circuit, a supply current value controller controls the average current to be supplied to the inverter circuit so as to be equal to the value of the supply current indicated by the correlative relation indicator, and therefore if the pressure loss or the static pressure is changed, a wind volume-static pressure of high precision extremely small in the changing amount of wind volume is realized.

Ventilation device and electrical equipment in which same is installed

A molded motor including a stator including a housing formed by integrally molding an armature winding and a printed circuit board with resin containing a fibrous reinforcing material and filler; a magnet rotor rotatably disposed to face the stator; and a plurality of lead wires led out to outside. The printed circuit board is provided with a plurality of lands connecting the lead wires by soldering, and a round hole between the plurality of lands filled with the resin, and the reinforcing material is oriented in a board thickness direction of the printed circuit board.

Molded motor

A supply current control circuit controls the voltage of a low-voltage direct-current power source so that the average current of an inverter circuit detected by a current detecting circuit becomes constant at a specified current value. Accordingly, characteristics that are little in the amount of change of air volume are obtained.

In an AC-input type brushless DC motor, a current control circuit controls an average current of an inverter circuit, a current indication circuit makes addition or subtraction, with respect to a reference current value, to the average current to be supplied to the inverter circuit such that the average current falls into a correlation indicated by a correlation indication circuit. The foregoing structure allows setting speed-torque characteristics of the brushless DC motor such that the torque increases at a higher rpm of the motor. The characteristics are good for driving a fan.

AC-input type brushless DC motor and electric appliance mounting the same

Current control circuit controls an output voltage of DC power supply so as to increase current passing through inverter circuit as the motor increases its the speed. The control offers an RPM&#x2014;torque characteristic of the motor in which torque increases as the RPM increases. By virtue of the RPM&#x2014;torque characteristic, a ventilating device employing brushless DC motor exhibits preferable air quantity&#x2014;static pressure characteristic where less change in air quantity is expected even when a pressure loss&#x2014;outside wind pressure, duct length or the like&#x2014;varies.

Brushless DC motor and electric apparatus mounting it

A motor includes a drive circuit for driving a rotor by controlling a current applied to an armature winding of a stator, and a capacitor for smoothing a voltage supplied to the armature winding and/or a capacitor for smoothing a supply voltage from outside on a same board. The board and the stator are integrally molded in using resin. Prior to the molding, capacitors are sealed inside a cylindrical metal case with a closed top face by rubber, and a pair of lead terminals protrude outside through this sealing rubber. The capacitors are mounted upright on the board and fixed by applying adhesive at two diagonally opposite areas on a bottom end of the metal case.

Motor

A brushless DC motor is disclosed, in which a commercial AC source is full-wave rectified by a rectifier and then converted into a generally flat and low DC voltage not more than 45V by a DC voltage converter. The low DC voltage is applied in a full-wave driving method to a stator coil via an inverter circuit formed of switching elements in a bridge configuration. This structure allows obtaining the brushless DC motor coupled directly to the AC source, and the torque ripples and uneven rotation of the motor are suppressed.

In a numerical control data forming system for a numerical control unit which is operated with a display unit and a data inputting unit, and has an automatic programming function to form machining data for a machine tool, the automatic programming function includes the operation that, in defining a machining configuration, the coordinates of a temporary last point are inputted, and the coordinates of an actual last point are automatically calculated, whereby numerical control data can be readily formed.
