Provided is a stroke determination device which detects a secondary output from an ignition coil without using a high breakdown voltage element, and is capable of accurately establishing the stroke being carried out during an ignition operation of a four-stroke engine from the waveform of the detected secondary output. In the present invention, a secondary coil of an ignition coil is constituted from a first coil portion, and a second coil portion wound so as to have fewer windings than does the first coil portion and connected in series to the first coil portion. A tap is drawn out from a boundary part between both coil portions, the voltage at both ends of the second coil portion or the current flowing through the second coil portion is detected through the tap, and a parameter to be used in stroke determination is detected from the waveform of the detected voltage or current.

A washer fluid heating device according to an embodiment includes: a container which stores a washer fluid; a deflector which vertically partitions a storage space for the washer fluid into an upper space and a lower space; an inflow portion through which the washer fluid flows into a lower side of the storage space partitioned by the deflector; an outflow portion which is provided to an upper side of the storage space partitioned by the deflector to cause the washer fluid to flow out of the container; and a heating portion which is positioned in the storage space, in which, in the deflector, a plurality of holes which cause the washer fluid to pass from the lower side toward the upper side of the storage space are disposed to be substantially evenly distributed.

There is provided a vehicle door mirror capable of restraining whistling sounds produced by an airflow passing through a gap between a mirror base and a mirror housing when the vehicle is running. A vehicle door mirror is formed by rotatably supporting a mirror housing on a mirror base. A concave part is formed in a downward surface of the mirror housing that is rotated relative to the mirror base in a state in which the downward surface faces to an upward surface of the mirror base. Protrusions are formed in the entire region of the concave part. The protrusions project to a position close to the upward surface of the mirror base beyond the position of the outside portion of the concave part of the downward surface. The cross section of a front edge of the concave part is formed so as to be rounded.
