The range hood unit includes a range hood transmitting unit configured to transmit information on an exhaust volume. Based on the exhaust volume of the range hood unit that has been received by the heat exchanger receiving unit (), the ventilation system exhausts air by subtracting the exhaust volume of the range hood unit from an exhaust volume equivalent to the air supply volume of the heat exchanging ventilation device ().

Ventilation system and heat exchange-type ventilation device

A ventilation and air conditioning system includes: an air conditioner that cools air in an air conditioning room; a plurality of transfer air fans that are installed for a plurality of rooms, which are independent of the air conditioning room, in one-to-one correspondence and each deliver the air in the air conditioning room to a corresponding room; and a system controller. For each of the plurality of rooms, the system controller calculates a dew point temperature in the room on the basis of the temperature and the humidity in the room, determines, on the basis of the calculated dew point temperature in the room and the temperature in the air conditioning room, the occurrence of condensation resulting from delivery of the air in the air conditioning room to the room, and controls, according to the result of the determination, the airflow of the transfer air fan corresponding to the room.

Ventilation and air conditioning system

Provided is a ventilation control device () configured to control operation of one or more ventilators communicably connected thereto, the ventilation control device including: a target total exhaust volume storage unit () configured to store a target total exhaust volume that is a target total volume of exhaust to be discharged within a predetermined time; an exhaust capacity storage unit () configured to store the exhaust capacity of each of the one or more ventilators connected to the ventilation control device (); an exhaust volume acquisition unit () configured to acquire an already-discharged exhaust volume discharged from each of the one or more ventilators connected to the ventilation control device (); an integrating unit () configured to calculate a total already-discharged exhaust volume by adding up the already-discharged exhaust volumes of the one or more ventilators acquired by the exhaust volume acquisition unit; and an exhaust volume control unit () configured to, based on the total already-discharged exhaust volume calculated by the integrating unit (), the target total exhaust volume stored in the target total exhaust volume storage unit (), a remaining time until the elapse of the predetermined time, and the exhaust capacity of each of the one or more ventilators stored in the exhaust capacity storage unit (), control each of the one or more ventilators connected to the ventilation control device () to achieve exhaust in the target total exhaust volume within the remaining time.

Ventilation control device

Provided is a ventilation control apparatus () comprising: an in-home communication module configured to communicate with ventilators via an in-home network; an external communication module configured to communicate with an external server provided outside a building via an external network; a determination unit () configured to determine whether or not communication with the external server via the external communication module is available; a control determination unit () configured to determine a control method for the ventilators, based on a result of determination by the determination unit (); and a ventilation operation control unit () configured to control the ventilators, based on the control method determined by the control determination unit ().
