A resolver is provided with a rotor plate fitted to a key groove in a rotating shaft and connected to the rotating shaft, and also with a resolver stator for detecting the rotational position of the rotor plate. The resolver stator is provided with a resolver cover for protecting a coil board of a stator core and fixed to the stator core. The coil board is provided with holes fitted to stator pins which are projections of the stator core, coil patterns each formed so as to center on each of the holes, and lead wires connected to the coil patterns formed on the coil board. The outer peripheral portion of the stator core is provided with long mounting holes for fixing the resolver to the housing of a rotating machine, such as an electric motor or a generator, and also with engaging holes engaging with claws of the resolver cover.

A magnetic resolver includes: a plurality of columnar cores disposed on an annular plate; a coil portion disposed around each of the columnar cores; and an annular rotor having a sinusoidal profile that rotates in a plane parallel to the top faces of the columnar cores around a rotation axis that passes through the center of the annular plate. The coil portion may be formed of a patterned coil formed on an annular substrate that has a plurality of through holes made therein through which the plurality of cores are passed, the patterned coil being formed around the through hole.

Magnetic resolver

A stop lamp switch including: an enclosure; a reed switch disposed in the enclosure; a magnet, disposed in the enclosure, a magnetic field of which opens and closes the contacts of the reed switch; an actuating shaft that is movable along an axial direction of the enclosure; a blocking member provided on the actuating shaft, that moves with the movement of the actuating shaft, between a first position, at which the magnetic field from the magnet directed toward the first reed switch is blocked, and a second position, at which the blocking of the magnetic field from the magnet directed toward the first reed switch is no longer blocked.

A holding structure of an electronic component includes a first resin mold formed by resin insert molding with a terminal. The first resin mold possesses a positioning portion for positioning the electronic component to be electrically connected to the terminal. The holding structure includes a second resin mold formed by resin insert molding with the terminal and surrounding the first resin mold and the electronic component. The electronic component has been positioned by the first resin mold and has been electrically connected to the terminal.
