A safety management system to prevent unauthorized use, accident, resale, theft, and so forth of a flying object. The safety management system includes changing, at a motor controller, a power feeding amount to each drive unit based on an instruction from a main control unit, an authentication information storage unit which records registered identification information for performing operator authentication, an authentication accepting unit which accepts an input of input identification information, an operator authentication unit which performs operator authentication of an operator of the flying object based on the input identification information and the registered identification information, and a safety managing unit connected between a power source of the flying object and the motor controller of the flying object. The safety managing unit includes a switch which controls electrical connection between the motor controller and the power source based on the result of the operator authentication.

Safety management system for aircraft

There is provided a flight management system for managing a flight plan of flying objects that fly among ports. The flight management system includes a plurality of port management apparatuses and a flight management apparatus that manages a flight plan of a plurality of flying objects that autonomously fly among the ports, in which each of the port management apparatuses includes determination means for determining whether or not landing or takeoff of the flying objects on or from the corresponding port is possible, and possibility information output means for transferring to the flying objects possibility information about the possibility, and the flight management apparatus includes flying object information reception means for receiving flying object information including flying object position information about a position of each of the flying objects, flight plan registration means for registering the flight plan for flying between the port as a start point and the port as a target point, flight plan change means for changing the flight plan based on the received flying object position information or changed another flight plan, and instruction information output means for outputting instruction information for instructing the flying object about the flight plan.

Flight management system

A flight management system that manages flight conditions of a plurality of flying objects and that causes the flying objects to work together in a coordinated manner to accomplish a purpose. The flight management system includes a flight management apparatus that receives instruction information, that registers a job, and that based on the job, gives a motion instruction to one or more flying objects. The flight management system includes also a job generator that generates a job, and a motion instructor that gives a motion instruction to the flying object. The job generator includes a search system that retrieves a work-performing flying object, a route setter that derives a flight route for the work-performing flying object, a time calculator that calculates a work time, and a registering system that registers a generated job.

Flight management system for flying objects

An arrangement for heating the blow-by gas system of a water cooled type internal combustion engine by providing engine coolant conduits in heat exchange relationship with the blow-by gas hoses and PCV valve. In one embodiment a water jacket surrounds the PCV valve. The heat exchangers between the blow-by gas system hoses and the coolant hoses are parallel adjacent conduits in one embodiment and concentric conduits in another embodiment.

Blow-by gas heating system for internal combustion engines

A cooling control apparatus for an automobile engine having a radiator and two or more electrically operated fans for circulating air through the radiator. Each fan is operated in response to a different predetermined temperature of the cooling water in the radiator so that first one fan is activated under normal operation and the second fan is operated only under heavier loads or high ambient conditions requiring additional cooling. In one embodiment a fan is operated upon activation of the air-conditioning system to cool its condenser regardless of the cooling water temperature.

Cooling control apparatus of automobile engine

Disclosed is a centrifugal spark-advance control device for an ignition system of an internal combustion engine, comprising: a base plate which rotates at a speed corresponding to the rotational speed of the engine; a timing plate which is rotatably supported on the base plate; a spring for biasing the timing plate in a certain direction; a centrifugal weight which is pivoted to the base plate at a point spaced from the center of gravity of the centrifugal weight and which is provided with a cam surface for rotatably driving the timing plate in an opposite direction against the biasing force of the spring by cooperating with a corresponding cam follower surface provided in the timing plate; a spark generating device coupled to the timing plate for generating ignition sparks in synchronism with the rotational angle of the timing plate; a mass member attached to the timing plate by way of an elastic member. Since the mass member is elastically supported by the timing plate, undesirable vibration of the timing plate is minimized by the action of a dynamic damper provided by the mass member and the accuracy in ignition timing is assured.

Centrifugal spark-advance control device

An intake manifold for multicylinder, in-line type engine wherein a distribution chamber extends along the engine and a separate intake pipe extends from the distribution chamber to each intake port for each engine cylinder. When the engine has an oval intake port, usually because of two intake valves, with the major axis extending the length of the engine, the intake pipes have matching oval openings. The connection between each intake pipe and the distribution chamber is oval in shape but oriented with the major axis extending laterally to reduce the length of the distribution chamber. The walls of the manifold vary in thickness for reducing weight and the moment of inertia by progressively decreasing the wall thickness in the direction away from the engine.

Intake manifold

An intake manifold structure for a multi-cylinder engine having first and second independent mixture generators such as carburetors and first and second intake manifolds communicating the mixture generators to respective plural cylinders. A control gas passage and a treating gas passage are provided for introducing a control gas such as return flow exhaust gas, an additional pulse of air or the like, and a treating gas such as crankcase blow-by gas to the manifolds. The control gas passage is arranged to open into the interiors of respective diverging portions of the intake manifolds. The treating gas passage is arranged to open to the interiors of any other portions, avoiding the diverging portions, of the intake manifolds.
