Object: To provide a film cutting jig and a method of mounting a film that can easily mount a film that not only covers a roof of an object but also wraps around to the sidewalls of the object. Resolution means: The present invention provides a film cutting jig used when cutting a film to cover at least a roof of an object that includes a sidewall and the roof, the film cutting jig including: a main jig body that is to be attached to the object to continuously surround a covered region that includes the roof and at least a portion of a top edge side of the sidewall when the object is viewed from above, wherein a guide for guiding a cutting tool to cut the film is formed in the main jig body, and wherein the guide is formed to continuously surround the covered region when the object is viewed from above.

An application device that applies an adhesive-backed film to a base material having a bonding surface, along a first direction which is an extending direction of the base material, comprises: an application mechanism having an application unit that applies the film from a first end to a second end in the first direction on the base material by pressing the film; and a film gripping part that grips an end portion of the film on the second end side and can be driven in a second direction that is orthogonal to the first direction and is a direction in which the bonding surface and the film are opposed to each other, wherein the application unit presses the film by moving in the first and second directions relative to the base material.

The battery controller includes a deterioration inspecting block obtaining a characteristic of the battery modules, a numbering block numbering the battery modules in an ascending order based on the characteristics, and a re-arrangement determining block determining a re-arrangement position of the battery modules in a way that the numbers given by the numbering block are in sequence in the same battery cabinet.

A portion of the sheet emerging out of the mask plate is heated at temperature higher than a softening point of the sheet. The emerging portion is subjected to vacuum/air-pressure forming, so as to form a disk-like portion ( ) in the sheet. The bearing hole and a contour of the disks is cut in the disk-like portion, to produce the disks.
