A reception unit receives, from an execution information terminal, an access request made by an execution manager to an operation management system. When the reception unit receives the access request, a determination unit determines whether the execution manager who has made the access request satisfies a disclosure condition stored in a first storage unit. Operation management system and method for disclosing operational information

A hydraulic excavator includes a lower travelling body, an upper slewing body, a sensor which detects presence/absence of an obstacle in a monitoring region set around the hydraulic excavator in advance and a distance to the obstacle, a control unit which calculates first position information including positional coordinates of an obstacle relative to a reference position set in advance in the hydraulic excavator on the basis of a detection result obtained by the sensor, a time counting unit which acquires time information including time when an obstacle is detected, and a storage unit which stores log data correlating the first position information with the time information.

Construction machine

A slewing-type working machine includes: a slewing motor which is a hydraulic motor for slewing; a variable-displacement hydraulic pump; a slewing operation device including an operation member; a control valve controlling the slewing motor based on an operation signal thereof; a pump regulator; a relief valve letting excess fluid to a tank; operation detectors detecting an operation direction and amount of the operation member; a motor rotational speed detector; and a controller controlling a discharge flow rate of the hydraulic pump. The controller obtains a deviation between a target rotational speed of the slewing motor obtained from a slewing operation amount and an actual rotational speed detected by the motor rotational speed detector, and controls the discharge flow rate to make the deviation closer to 0.

Slewing-type working machine

In a working machine having an upper slewing body rotated by a slewing electric motor, a controller outputs a command for switching a communication valve, and a command for specifying a torque of the slewing electric motor. The controller includes an abnormal-switching detection section which detects occurrence of abnormal switching in the communication valve, wherein the controller (i) determines, as a target value, a pressure which would be generated in the hydraulic motor if the communication valve was absent, or a torque determined based on the pressure, based on an operation state of a slewing operation device and a slewing state of the upper slewing body; (ii) determines, as an actual value, a pressure actually generated in the hydraulic motor or a torque determined based on the pressure; and (iii) outputs the torque command on the basis of a value obtained by subtracting the actual value from the target value.

The present charging rate of a battery is accurately calculated. The calculation mode of the present charging rate is switched to a current integration mode during operation of a generator motor while the mode is switched to a voltage reference mode at a predetermined switchover timing. In the current integration mode, charge current of the battery is integrated and added to the initial charging rate and an integrated discharge current value is subtracted from the initial charging rate of the battery to calculate the present charging rate. In the voltage reference mode, the present charging rate is calculated based on a predetermined map and detected voltage of the battery. After calculation of the present charging rate according to the voltage reference mode, the calculation mode is restored from the voltage reference mode to the current integration mode and the suspension of operating the generator motor is cancelled.

Hybrid construction machine

Disclosed is a hybrid construction machine including: an engine, a generator-motor, a hydraulic pump, an electric storage device, a power control device which controls electric power between the generator-motor and the electric storage device, a temperature detector which determines a temperature of the electric storage device, an unload valve provided between a discharge port of the hydraulic pump and a tank, an unload-valve control device, and a relief valve. The power control device controls an electric power to be supplied from the electric storage device to the generator-motor, under abnormal circumstances where the temperature of the electric storage device is low, to a power obtained by adding an additional discharge power to a power to be supplied under normal circumstances. The unload-valve control device closes the unload valve, under abnormal circumstances. The relief valve controls the discharge pressure of the hydraulic pump to the set pressure, under abnormal circumstances.

A slewing-type working machine includes: a hydraulic motor for slewing an upper slewing body; a hydraulic pump; a slewing operation device including an operation member; a control valve controlling the hydraulic motor based on an operation signal of the slewing operation device; first and second pipe-lines connecting first and second ports of the hydraulic motor to the control valve; communication switching devices switching communication and cutoff between both pipe-lines and a tank; an electric motor; an electric storage device; and a controller, which communicates an outlet-side pipe-line to the tank during slewing, makes a brake based on a regenerative action by the electric motor and the electric storage device and causes the electric storage device to store regenerative power, upon deceleration operation. Upon failure occurrence, the controller brings the communication switching devices to a communication-cutoff state and stops the regenerative action to secure slewing.

Slewing type working machine

A slewing-type working machine includes: a hydraulic motor having first and second ports and driving an upper slewing body to slew it; a hydraulic pump; a slewing operating device including an operating member; a control valve controlling the hydraulic motor based on an operation signal of the slewing operating device; first and second pipe-lines connecting the first and second ports of the hydraulic motor to the control valve; communication switching devices switchable between communication and cutoff between both pipe-lines and a tank; a slewing electric motor; an electric storage device; and a controller. During a slewing operation, the controller brings the communication switching devices into a communicated state and performs regenerative control by issuing a command on a regeneration amount corresponding to a reduction in back pressure by the communication switching devices in the communicated state to the slewing electric motor.

In a rotation control device for rotating a rotation motor at speed in accordance with a boom raising operation amount, at the time of a combined operation for simultaneously performing a rotation action and a boom raising action, a limitation value of rotation torque in accordance with the boom raising operation amount is determined by rotation torque limitation value setting means of a controller, the limitation value serving as a rotation torque limitation value is sent to rotation speed control means, and a command value of the rotation torque is torque-limited by rotation torque limiting means.

Rotation control device for working machine

A slewing-type working machine, including a base, an upper slewing body, a hydraulic motor slewing the upper slewing body, a hydraulic pump, a slewing operation device, a control valve controlling the hydraulic motor, pipe-lines connecting the hydraulic motor to the control valve, a hydraulic pressure source, communication valves switching communication and cutoff between the pipe-lines and a tank by pilot pressure, an electric motor, an electric storage device, communication selector valves on inlet sides of the communication valves, a switching control valve on an inlet side of the communication selector valves, and a controller. During slewing deceleration, the controller signals to switch the switching control valve to a connecting position and switch the communication selector valves to a pilot pressure supply position. In a slewing stopped state, the controller signals to switch the communication selector valves to a cutoff position and switch the communication valves to a communication cutoff position.

There is provided a slewing control device that enables to detect breakdown of a driving system of a mechanical brake, and generate a torque for holding a slewing body in a stopped state to thereby prevent movement of the slewing body when an anomaly has occurred. In a working machine for driving a slewing body by an electric motor, judgment is made as to whether a mechanical brakeis in an inconsistent state, based on a command to be outputted to a brake circuit B, and a pressure detected by a brake pressure sensor. The inconsistent state is a state that the mechanical brakeis in a brake released state when an activation command for switching the mechanical braketo a brake activated state is outputted. If it is judged that the mechanical brakeis in the inconsistent state, a command for obtaining a braking torque for holding the slewing body in a stopped state is outputted to the electric motor

Slewing control device and working machine incorporated with the same

In a hybrid excavator, a generator motor and a hydraulic pump are driven by using an engine as a power source. A battery is charged with power generated by the generator motor. A rotation motor is driven by the generator motor and the battery. The voltage of a DC bus is detected by a voltage sensor, and whether the battery is unusable is determined by a breakdown detector. When the battery becomes unusable, emergency evacuation control is performed so that the power consumption of the rotation motor will be suppressed to be less than or equal to the power generation of the generator motor while maintaining the DC bus voltage greater than or equal to the normal operation voltage of the system.

Hybrid working machine

An excavator has a controller capable of setting target torque of a rotation motor in accordance with a speed deviation between target speed set in accordance with an operation amount of an operating lever and actual rotation speed and is provided with an inverter for detecting necessary torque for rotating an upper rotating body, the necessary torque being changed in accordance with a working state of the upper rotating body. The controller calculates a correction amount which is increased as increasing the torque and subtracts the correction amount from the target speed so as to set new target speed. A controller sets first target torque for driving the motor and second target torque for maintaining the upper rotating body on the spot on the basis of the actual speed, and operates the motor in accordance with the torque which has a larger absolute value in the same direction as the first target torque among both the torque.

Rotation control device and working machine therewith

The present invention is to drive a hydraulic pump and a generator motor by an engine, to electrically charge a battery by a generator action of the generator motor, and to drive the generator motor by electric power of the battery so as to assist the engine. A governor position is changed by operations of a potentiometer for accelerator and a mode selection switch so as to control rotation speed of the engine. On the premise of the above configuration, generator output is limited by a controller at the time of accelerating the engine until the rotation speed of the engine reaches set speed determined on the basis of the operations of the potentiometer for accelerator and the mode selection switch, and hence engine load is reduced so as to assist acceleration.

The present invention is to drive a hydraulic pump and a generator motor by an engine, electrically charge a battery by a generator operation of the generator motor, and assist the engine through driving the generator motor by electric power of the battery. On the premise of the configuration above, when a deviation between a target rotation speed of the engine and an actual rotation speed of the engine is equal to or more than a preset value, and when a residual amount of fuel is equal to or less than a preset value, it is considered to be engine failure or an operation state which is directly connected to the engine failure and an engine assisting action is automatically stopped.
