Provided is a cell pack having a restraint mechanism which withstands high restraining pressure. A cell pack includes a plurality of unit cells and a restraint mechanism for restraining these unit cells. The restraint mechanism includes: a first end plate portion disposed at an end portion in a first direction of the arrangement direction of the plurality of unit cells; a second end plate portion disposed at an end portion in a second direction of the arrangement direction of the plurality of unit cells; and a ring-shaped restraining hoop portion including a first support portion disposed on a surface of the first end plate portion in the first direction, a second support portion disposed on a surface of the second end plate portion in the second direction, and a pair of side wall portions continuously connecting the first support portion and the second support portion along the arrangement direction.

Cell pack and method for producing and method for disassembling the same

A cell pack includes a plurality of unit cells arranged in an arrangement direction and a restraint mechanism for restraining these unit cells. The restraint mechanism includes: a first end plate portion disposed at an end portion in a first direction of the arrangement direction of the plurality of unit cells; a second end plate portion disposed at an end portion in a second direction of the arrangement direction of the plurality of unit cells; and a ring-shaped restraining hoop portion. A dimension in the arrangement direction between the first end plate portion and the second end plate portion of the restraining hoop portion is set such that a predetermined restraining pressure is applied in a direction of compressing the plurality of unit cells along the arrangement direction.

Laminated battery module

A battery mounting structure to enhance rigidity of a vehicle body without increasing a vehicle weight is provided. The battery mounting structure comprises a pair of frame members extending longitudinally and a battery pack an all-solid battery having a cell stack. The battery pack is disposed between the frame members. The battery pack is connected to the frame member through a connection member.

Battery mounting structure for vehicle

A battery mounting structure having an enhanced rigidity against an impact load applied from the side is provided. Battery modules are juxtaposed to form arrays of the battery pack in a battery pack and the battery pack is disposed between the frame members. A load transmission member is disposed in a clearance between the battery modules adjacent to each other in a width direction of the vehicle. The load transmission member is crushed in the width direction by an impact load applied from the side of the vehicle to absorb collision energy.

A battery mounting structure in which a battery pack is used as a reinforcement member is provided. An inner sidewall and an outer sidewall of a frame member are connected through a first transmission member. An outer side end of the first transmission member is situated at a level out of the height range of the battery. An inner side end of the first transmission member is attached to the inner sidewall at a level within the height range of the battery, or at a level predetermined distance away from the height range of the battery. A distance between the inner side end and the battery is shorter than that between the outer side end and the battery.
