Tissue sampling device

An overtube, which is punctured into a body wall and guides an endoscope and a treatment tool into a body cavity, includes an interlocking member that interlocks the forward and backward movements of the endoscope and the treatment tool with each other. The interlocking member is constituted of a first sleeve coupled to the endoscope, a second sleeve coupled to the treatment tool, and a coupling member having an elastic body, which couples the first sleeve and the second sleeve together. Accordingly, in a case where the stretching of the coupling member is small, the endoscope interlocks with the forward and backward movement of the treatment tool at a slow response, and in a case where the stretching of the coupling member is large, the endoscope interlock with the forward and backward movement of a treatment tool at a quick response.

Endoscopic surgical device and guide device

The endoscopic surgery device includes: an outer tube body that penetrates through a body wall to be inserted into a body cavity; an endoscope insertion path provided inside the outer tube body; a treatment tool insertion path provided inside the outer tube body; a position sensor that has a non-sensitive area where no change in a relative position of the treatment tool insertion part with respect to the endoscope insertion part is detected even if the treatment tool insertion part is moved back and forth, and a sensitive area that is an area other than the non-sensitive area, where change in a relative position of the treatment tool insertion part is detected, and that detects its movement amount with respect to the outer tube body; and a control unit that changes a range of an observation image acquired by the endoscope in accordance with the detected movement amount.

Endoscopic surgery device

Provided are an endoscopic surgical device and a guide device that can satisfy the function of interlocking two medical instruments with each other. An overtube, which is punctured into a body wall and guides an endoscope and a treatment tool into a body cavity, includes an interlocking member that interlocks the forward and backward movements of the endoscope and the treatment tool with each other. The interlocking member is constituted of a first sleeve coupled to the endoscope, a second sleeve coupled to the treatment tool, and a corded flexible coupling member that couples the first sleeve and the second sleeve together. Accordingly, when the coupling member is in a relaxed state, the endoscope and the treatment tool independently move forward and backward, and when the coupling member is in a tensioned state, the endoscope and the treatment tool move forward and backward in an interlocking manner.

A medical instrument guiding device (outer tube) to be tapped into a body wall includes: an endoscope insertion hole for inserting the endoscope; a treatment tool insertion hole for inserting the treatment tool; and an interlocking mechanism for moving the endoscope back and forth in interlock with the back-and-forth movement of the treatment tool. The interlocking mechanism includes an endoscope-side roller contacts with an endoscope insertion part and moves in interlock with the endoscope insertion part, and a treatment tool-side roller which contacts with a treatment tool insertion part and moves in interlock with the treatment tool insertion part, and those rollers rotates in interlock with each other. In response to the movement of the treatment tool insertion part, the treatment tool-side roller and the endoscope-side roller rotate in an opposite direction to move the endoscope insertion part.

Medical instrument guiding device

An endoscopic surgery device that can easily acquire an image desired by a surgeon, and that has high operability. The endoscopic surgery device includes: an outer tube body; an endoscope insertion path that is provided inside the outer tube body; a treatment tool insertion path that is provided inside the outer tube body; a position sensor that detects a movement amount of the treatment tool insertion part with respect to the outer tube body; and a control unit that has a non-sensitive area where a range of an observation image is not changed if the movement amount of the treatment tool insertion part is within a predetermined range, and a sensitive area where the range of the observation image is varied in accordance with the movement amount of the treatment tool insertion part if the movement amount of the treatment tool insertion part is not within the predetermined range.

An endoscopic surgery device that can easily acquire an image desired by a surgeon, and that has high operability. The endoscopic surgery device includes: an outer tube body that penetrates through a body wall to be inserted into a body cavity; an endoscope insertion path that is provided inside the outer tube body; a treatment tool insertion path that is provided inside the outer tube body; an endoscope drive unit that has a non-operating area where an endoscope insertion part inserted into the endoscope insertion path is not moved, and an operating area where the endoscope insertion part is moved; a position sensor that detects a movement amount of treatment tool insertion part with respect to the outer tube body; and a control unit that controls the endoscope drive unit in accordance with the movement amount of the treatment tool insertion part, detected by the position sensor.

Operability in inserting an insertion part of an endoscope into a body cavity using an insertion assisting tool is improved. In an insertion assisting tool, a sidewall portion of a tube main bodythrough which an insertion partof an endoscopeis passed is provided with a sidewall opening parthaving a size in which the insertion partcan pass through. A distal end side of the sidewall opening partis provided with a guiding valve, and the insertion partis guided by the guiding valveto be easily fed from the sidewall opening part. The guiding valveis swingably supported, and when the insertion partis fed from a distal end opening partof the tube main body, allowing the parallel state of being substantially parallel to an axial direction of the insertion partand passing the insertion partto a distal end opening partside are enabled.

Insertion assisting tool for endoscope

The radiation-irradiation device includes: a radiation generating unit that generates radiation; a collimator unit that controls an irradiation range to be irradiated with the radiation generated by the radiation generating unit; and an interval ensuring unit that includes a contact member being in contact with a subject to be irradiated with the radiation in a case in which a distance between the radiation generating unit and the subject is shorter than a preset distance, and ensures an interval between the radiation generating unit and the subject. The interval ensuring unit is detachably mounted on the collimator unit and is capable of being mounted at different rotational positions about an axis, which passes through a center of a diaphragm of the collimator unit and extends in the direction of an optical axis of the radiation, as a central axis.

Radiation-irradiation device

A surgical device, an outer tube, an endoscope, and a treatment tool that have a simple configuration and excellent operability are provided. The outer tube includes a slider in an outer tube body. When the endoscope and the treatment tool are inserted into the outer tube, the endoscope and treatment tool are held by an endoscope holding part and a treatment tool holding part each being provided in the slider so as to be integrated. When the treatment tool is moved in the axial direction, the endoscope is moved in the axial direction in interlock with the movement. In the outer tube, the opening type hermetic valve part for the endoscope in a valve member has the inner diameter larger than the inner diameter of the elastic member for causing the endoscope holding part to hold the endoscope.

Surgical device, outer tube, endoscope, and treatment tool

Since a lower-surface side opening of an elevator housing slit is closed by a partition wall portion of a cap in normal operation, and a rotating shaft receiving portion of an elevator has a rotating shaft housing groove opened on the side opposite to the lower surface when the elevator is attached to a distal end portion body, the elevator is not removed structurally at an angle of the elevator when the treatment tool is operated to be stood, and a rotating shaft and the rotating shaft receiving portion do not have to be attached excessively tightly. Therefore, a work load in disassembling and assembling of a distal end portion can be set appropriately, and workability in disassembling and assembling is improved. Moreover, as a result, the distal end portion can be cleaned rapidly and easily.

Endoscope

There is provided an endoscope which can clean a distal end portion promptly and easily. An elevator housed in an elevator housing space of a distal end portion body is coupled with an erecting lever of an erecting lever housing chamber through a rotating shaft. A rotating shaft receiving portion formed with an engagement hole engaged with the rotating shaft and an engagement hole loosely fitted thereto is provided in the elevator, the elevator is retreated from the elevator housing slit by loosely fitting the elevator to the rotating shaft in cleaning.

There is provided an endoscope which can clean a distal end portion promptly and easily. An elevator housed in an elevator housing space of a distal end portion body is coupled with an erecting lever of an erecting lever housing chamber through a rotating shaft. A first shaft portion which is engaged with an engagement hole of the elevator and a second shaft portion which is provided on the distal end side of the first shaft portion and is loosely fitted to an engagement hole of the elevator are provided in the rotating shaft. The elevator is avoided from the elevator housing slit by loosely fitting the engagement hole of the elevator to the second shaft portion at cleaning.

Operability in inserting an insertion part of an endoscope into a body cavity using an insertion assisting tool is improved. In an insertion assisting tool, a sidewall portion of a tube main body through which an insertion part of an endoscope is passed is provided with a sidewall opening part having a size in which the insertion part can pass through. A distal end side of the sidewall opening part is provided with a guiding valve, and the insertion part is guided by the guiding valve to be easily fed from the sidewall opening part. The guiding valve is swingably supported, and when the insertion part is fed from a distal end opening part of the tube main body, allowing the parallel state of being substantially parallel to an axial direction of the insertion part and passing the insertion part to a distal end opening part side are enabled.

An endoscope and an illuminator are safely placed in a body cavity without generating a noticeable postoperative scar. A method of placing medical insertion instruments into a body cavity includes a first step of inserting, into the body cavity through a first opening formed on a body wall, an endoscope together with a first illuminator; and a second step of inserting, into the body cavity through a second opening formed at a position different from the first opening, a second illuminator. Preferably, the method further includes a third step of pulling out the first illuminator from the first opening and inserting the first illuminator into the body cavity through a third opening formed at a position different from the first and second openings.
