A heating cooking apparatus includes a heating cooking chamber, a microwave supply unit, and a first heater. The heating cooking chamber includes an accommodation space that accommodates an object to be heated. The microwave supply unit includes a radiation port and supplies microwaves from the radiation port to the heating cooking chamber. The first heater is positioned in the heating cooking chamber and heats the object to be heated. The first heater and the radiation port are positioned in a predetermined direction with respect to the accommodation space.

The present invention provides a cooking device (A) which, in a case where food items are cooked consecutively, makes the cooked food items uniform in condition. The cooking device (A) includes an upper heater (), a d lower heater (), a steam supplying section (), a temperature sensor (), and a heating control section (A). The heating control section (A) controls, based on the temperature measured by the temperature sensor (), the operations of the upper heater () and the lower heater () so that the temperature in a cooking room () becomes equal to a given temperature. In a case where the time from the start of a cooking process to the end of the cooking process is divided into a preceding time period and a subsequent time period, the heating control section (A) suspends the operations of the upper heater () and the lower heater () while the temperature in the cooking room () is higher than a given preceding target temperature (T) during the preceding time period.

Cooking apparatus

Provided is a heating cooker that can efficiently apply steam to the entire food and can also cook the food quickly. A heating cooker (A) includes a toasting grill () provided within a cooking chamber () and a lower heater () provided at a lower section within the cooking chamber (). A cooking device has an exhaust duct () configured and arranged to mix together exhaust air discharged from an opening () at a tip of a nozzle part () and part of cooling air discharged from a cooling fan and guide the mixed exhaust air to discharge it outside of a casing, and an exhaust duct temperature sensor () placed within the exhaust duct () to detect a temperature of an atmosphere inside the exhaust duct at a portion upper than the opening () of the nozzle (). A fan abnormal-stop detection part detects an abnormal stop of the fan when an increment per unit time of an atmosphere temperature inside the exhaust duct () detected by the temperature sensor () during cooking becomes equal to or higher than a first threshold value.

Cooking device

The invention provides a drawer type built-in cooking device, wherein an air outlet portionfor discharging the inside air containing heat and vapor generated during cooking of an object to be cooked has an air outlet ductcommunicated from an air outlet port areaformed on a side wall of the heating chamberto a lower side portion of a front wallof the cooking device body. The outlet air flow flowing through the air outlet ductis sent downward from an air outlet openingformed to a lower side portion of the front wallof the cooking device bodyand discharged to the exterior of the device. The present invention enables to eliminate the prior art air inlet and outlet duct structure disposed below the heating chamber, and therefore, the height of the heating chamber can be increased correspondingly. Further, the air outlet openingis hidden from the exterior without having to attach a louver since the opening is covered by a doorwhen the door is closed, so that the exterior design thereof is improved.

A drawer-type cooking device and a method for controlling opening and closing of a door thereof, in which an opening/closing direction and an absolute position of a door by a manual opening/closing operation by a user can be detected with a simple structure even when the door is in a door-open state in an intermediate position, is provided. A rotation sensoris disposed in relation to an output shaft of a motorfor driving a door capable of opening and closing an opening of a cooking device body in an opening/closing direction. A microcomputercontrols drive of the motorincluding a rotation direction by receiving an input of a detection signal of the rotation sensor,which is a sensor for generating two rotation pulses having different phases (for example, pulse train signals with a 120-degree difference) from the motor. A control device can determine the rotation direction of the motorbased on the two rotation pulses therefrom.

Drawer-type cooking device and method for controlling door thereof

The invention provides a built-in cooking device comprising a doorhaving a size large enough to cover the front side of a cooking device body including a lower portion thereof, and on an inner lower surface of the doorfacing the lower portion of the cooking device body is formed an air inlet portionand an air outlet portioncomposed of an air guide portion having a recessed portion for the air inlet and outlet portions, by which directions of the inlet air and outlet air moving in forward and rearward directions along the recessed portion of the doorare changed to the perpendicular direction. The present device has eliminated the front-side air inlet and outlet using an air inlet and outlet grill using an inlet and outlet air blow duct layer structure disposed on the bottom side of the device, and the rear side of a duct constituting the present air inlet and outlet portion is disposed along a warm wall surface of the heating chamber.

The invention provides a drawer type cooking device having an operation unit disposed on an upper portion of a drawer body so as to increase the height of the drawer body within a cooking device body as much as possible, capable of facilitating power supply and signal transmission between the control unit within the cooking device body and the operation unit when the drawer body is opened and closed. Slide mechanismsdisposed on left, right and bottom portions enabling the drawer bodyto be moved into and out of the cooking device bodyare composed of conductive materials, so as to provide a slidable state with constant conduction. By transmitting data via serial communication and supplying power to the operation unit from the cooking device bodyto the drawer body, it becomes possible to dispose the operation unit on a doorbeing opened and closed. By forming the operation unit including a microcomputer for communication on the drawer body, it becomes possible to increase the ceiling height of the drawer body, increase the ceiling height and capacity of the heating chamber, and enlarge the height limitation of an object to be cooked. An illuminating light sourcedisposed on the doorof the drawer bodycan also receive power supply via the arrangement described above to illuminate food loaded in the drawer body

Drawer type cooking device

The invention provides a drawer type microwave oven having a turntable functioning as a uniform heating mechanism with a visual effect, while maintaining the ceiling height of a heating chamber and having improved usability. A turntable drive mechanismutilizing a thin deceleration mechanism and a pivot mechanism is disposed in a spaceformed between a bottom wallof the drawer bodyand a bottom wallof the heating chamber, and a power transmission mechanism is engaged in a detachable manner in conjunction with the movement of the drawer bodytogether with the door. Thus, a drawer type microwave oven capable of performing uniform heating by pivot rotation while maintaining the ceiling height of the heating chamber is realized.

Drawer type cooking device having turntable mechanism

A kitchen apparatus body installed in a cabinet includes a heating chamber configured to carry out processing, such a high-frequency heating, on an object to be processed. The kitchen apparatus body includes an air supply unit configured to suck in cooling air, a first exhaust unit configured to exhaust air including the heat from the heating chamber, and a second exhaust unit configured to exhaust air used to cool a unit, such as a high-voltage transformer, having a high temperature. The air supply unit and the first and second exhaust units are collectively disposed in a side section of the kitchen apparatus body in a manner such that they extend from the front to back and such that the inlet and the outlets open to the front surface. Therefore, the air supply and the exhaust are separated from each other so as to improve their efficiency. Even when vapor is included in the exhaust air, condensation can be prevented.
