A torsional vibration reducing device includes: a mass damper configured to reduce ripples of torque by inertia moment of an inertial body; a spring damper configured to reduce ripples of torque to be transmitted between an input-side rotational member and an output-side rotational member by an elastic body being compressed are placed side by side in a predetermined axis direction; and a bolt configured to fix the inertial body and the input-side rotational member to each other in the predetermined axis direction by being inserted from the input-side rotational member side. The input-side rotational member includes a receiving portion recessed toward the mass damper side such that at least part of a head of the bolt in its height direction is received by the receiving portion.

Torsional vibration reducing device

An electric vehicle includes a mechanical-electrical integrated unit constituted by a drive apparatus and an electric-power control apparatus that are housed in a same casing. The drive apparatus includes a first electric motor, a second electric motor and a transmission device. The electric-power control apparatus is configured to control an electric power transmitted and received by the first and second electric motors. The electric-power control apparatus and the drive apparatus are housed in upper and lower casing portion of the casing, respectively. The second electric motor includes a stator core that is provided with a plurality of fastened portions, such that one of the plurality of fastened portions is disposed in a position which overlaps the upper casing portion in a vertical direction of the vehicle and which is located on a front side of an axis of the second electric motor in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle.

Electric vehicle

A drive device for a vehicle includes a casing, a motor, a gear unit, an electric unit, and a heat medium pathway. The motor shaft is provided with a flow passage at a shaft center of a motor shaft. The casing includes a motor chamber, a gear chamber, and an electric unit chamber. The heat medium pathway is configured to supply a heat medium to the flow passage. One end of the motor shaft on one side in an axial direction is positioned in the gear chamber. At least a part of the electric unit chamber is positioned on the one side in the axial direction relative to the one end of the motor shaft. The heat medium pathway is connected with the flow passage at the one end of the motor shaft.

Drive device

A torsional vibration damper having improved abrasion resistance at a portion of a rotary member to which a rolling mass is contacted, and a manufacturing method thereof. The torsional vibration damper comprises: a rotary member; an inertia body oscillating around the rotary member; and a retainer formed on the rotary member to hold a rolling mass between a pair of stoppers. A hardness of an inner surface of at least one of the stoppers is increased higher in a radially outer portion than in a radially inner portion, within a reciprocating range of the rolling mass.

Torsional vibration damper and manufacturing method thereof

A torsional vibration damper having improved vibration damping performance. The torsional vibration damper comprising: a pendulum vibration damper that damps pulsation of engine torque by an oscillating motion of an inertia body in response to the pulsation of the torque; and an engagement device that damps the amplitude of the pulsation of the engine torque by a relative rotation of rotary members. The pendulum vibration damper and the engagement device are arranged in order on a transmission route of the torque of the engine from a side at which the engine is disposed.

Torsional vibration damper

A pendulum vibration damper in which raceway surfaces are processed accurately at desired positions to damp vibrations effectively by oscillating motions of rolling masses, and a manufacturing method thereof. The pendulum vibration damper comprises a first attachment and a second attachment formed symmetrically. A first raceway surface is formed on the first attachment, and a second raceway surface is formed on the second attachment. The first attachment and the second attachment are attached to each surface of the inertia body a while being positioned to align the first raceway surface and the second raceway surface with a predetermined common profile in the axial direction.

Pendulum vibration damper and manufacturing method thereof

A torsional vibration damper that damps torsional vibration effectively in a low-speed range. In the torsional vibration damper, a spring holder is formed by apertures of an input element and an output element, and an elastic member is held in the spring holder. A first moveable range of a planetary element extending from an initial position in a drive direction is wider than a second movable range of the planetary element extending from the initial position in a counter direction.

A torsional vibration damper that a torsional vibration damper having a planetary gear unit, and a manufacturing method of the torsional vibration damper for limiting damages on gears of the planetary gear unit due to dimension errors. In the planetary gear unit, at least one of a sun gear, a ring gear, and a set of planetary gears is/are formed by a press forming method. The gear formed by the press forming method is engaged with the remaining gears in such a manner that a thinner portion of each tooth is individually engaged with a thicker portion of the adjacent teeth of the remaining gears.

A torsional vibration damper that can reduce collision noise of an inertia body when a rotary member is stopped, and a control device therefore. In the torsional vibration damper, a rotary member is mounted on an output shaft of an engine such that none of rolling masses is situated within a predetermined angle range above a rotational center axis of the rotary member when the engine is stopped. Therefore, when the engine is stopped, the inertia body will not be supported by only one of the rolling masses situated within the predetermined angle range.

Torsional vibration damper and control device for torsional vibration damper

A torsional vibration damper whose vibration damping performance will not be reduced in a high speed range. In the torsional vibration damper, a planetary gear is oscillated within a first oscillating range when a torsional torque is smaller than a reference torque, and within a second oscillating range when the torsional torque is greater than the reference torque. Each backlash between the pinion gear and at least one of a sun gear and a ring gear within the second oscillating range is individually wider than each backlash between the pinion gear and the sun gear and each backlash between the pinion gear and the ring gear within the first oscillating range.

A torsional vibration damper in which a vibration damping performance is enhanced without increasing a manufacturing cost. A torsional vibration damper damps torsional vibrations by a relative rotation between a rotary member and an inertia body. Hardness of the contact surface of any one of the inertia body and a rolling mass is harder than the contact surface of the other one. Smoothness of the contact surface of any one of the inertia body and the rolling mass is smoother than the contact surface of the other one.

A torsional vibration damper in which a noise resulting from collision of an inertia body against a rotary member is reduced. An inertia body is arranged coaxially with the rotary member, and rolling members are interposed between the rotary member and the inertial body to transmit torque of the rotary member to the inertia body. A first clearance between an outer circumference of a rotary member and an inner circumference of the inertia body created when rolling members are centrifugally pushed onto raceway surfaces is identical to or narrower than a second clearance between one of the rolling members situated at a highest level and a bottom surface of a guide section.

A centrifugal pendulum damper for effectively suppressing torsional vibrations resulting from torque pulse. The centrifugal pendulum damper comprises: a rotary member rotated by a torque; an inertial member that rotates relatively to the rotary member; a chamber formed on the inertial member; and a rolling member held partially in the chamber while being allowed to oscillate therein, and held partially by the rotary member while being allowed to move radially. A raceway surface on which the rolling member rolls is formed in the chamber in such a manner that a curvature radius of an orbit of a gravity center of the rolling member oscillating along the raceway surface is increased with an increase in an oscillation angle of the rolling member.

Centrifugal pendulum damper

A torsional vibration damper includes a rotary member rotated by torque, an inertia body rotated relatively on an outer radial side of the rotary member due to torque pulse, and a rolling member coupled to the rotary member and the inertia body. The rotary member includes support sections that are provided on its outer radial side, and by which the rolling member is restricted in a rotating direction of the rotary member and is engaged movably in a radial direction of the rotary member. The inertia body includes: a pair of mass sections respectively projecting toward both sides in an axial direction; and a pair of raceway surfaces on which the rolling member rolls. A center of curvature of each raceway surface is deviated from a rotational center of the rotary member.

A gear assembly wherein transmission efficiency is enhanced by a simple treatment is provided. The gear assembly includes a plurality of gears to transmit torque of a prime mover to an output member. Tooth surfaces of a first gear rotated at a highest speed are individually finished into a plateau surface, and a parameter representing a surface roughness of each of the plateau surface is smaller than those of the tooth surfaces of the other gears.
