A method by a user equipment (UE) is described. The method includes receiving, from a base station, a first radio resource control (RRC) parameter, monitoring a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) with a first DCI format, receiving a transport block (TB) in a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) scheduled by the PDCCH with the first DCI format, wherein the first RRC parameter contains one or more MCS entries, each entry provides a modulation order and a target code rate, determining a modulation order and a target code rate used for the TB in the PDSCH at least based on a modulation code scheme (MCS) field and one, a part, or all of a plurality of specified DCI fields other than the MCS field.

Terminal apparatus, base station apparatus, and communication method

The present disclosure provides a wireless communication method and an eNode B and user equipment therefor. The method comprises a step of transmitting multiple PDCCH or EPDCCH repetitions respectively in multiple successive downlink subframes with a transmission repetition number and a transmission starting subframe. The transmission starting subframe is selected from a first starting subframe set corresponding to the first repetition number or a second starting subframe set corresponding to the second repetition number. The subframe indexes of any two adjacent starting subframes in the first starting subframe set are offset by a same first index interval, the subframe indexes of any two adjacent starting subframes in the second starting subframe set are offset by a same second index interval, and the second index interval is an integral multiple of the first index interval.

A terminal apparatus that communicates with a base station apparatus includes: a reception unit configured to receive a configuration of an initial uplink (UL) bandwidth part (BWP) and a configuration of an additional UL BWP via a radio resource control (RRC) message and receive a random access response (RAR) message including an RAR UL grant; and a transmission unit configured to transmit a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) in an active UL BWP, wherein one of the initial UL BWP and the additional UL BWP is activated as the active UL BWP, the PUSCH is scheduled by using the RAR UL grant, a first field included in the RAR UL grant is used to indicate frequency resource allocation of the PUSCH, and whether the first field is to be truncated or whether a bit is to be inserted into the first field is determined based on a bandwidth of the initial UL BWP.

The present disclosure aims at allowing a demodulation reference signal (DMRS) pattern suitable for a terminal to be selected from among a plurality of DMRS patterns including Legacy DMRS and Reduced DMRS. Provided are a user equipment and a wireless communication method for LAA. The user equipment comprises: a receiver operative to receive a UL grant which schedules a subframe for UL transmission; a first circuit operative to perform LBT; a transmitter operative to transmit a PUSCH in the scheduled subframe starting from one available starting position of multiple candidate starting positions in the scheduled subframe if the LBT is successful. According to present disclosure, it is possible to increase the possibility that PUSCH could be sent in the scheduled subframe after LBT.

Provided are wireless communication methods and devices. In one embodiment, a wireless communication method performed by a wireless communication device comprises: transmitting a data packet repeatedly in multiple subframes including at least one normal subframe and at least one special subframe to another wireless communication device, wherein the available resources in the special subframe are different from that in the normal subframe, the data packet includes multiple modulated symbols which are divided into multiple modulated-symbol sets, in each subframe, each OFDM symbol is mapped by one of the modulated-symbol sets, and in every subframe, the modulated symbols in the same modulated-symbol set are mapped onto REs in one OFDM symbol in a fixed order. In another embodiment, multiple repetitions of the data packet are transmitted in each subframe, and in each special subframe, different repetitions are mapped onto REs with cyclic shift.

If repetition transmission is applied to a response signal for a downlink data signal and an uplink signal, the uplink signal is repeatedly transmitted using a certain number of consecutive subframes starting with a first subframe, at which the repetition transmission of the uplink signal starts, and the response signal is repeatedly transmitted using at least the certain number of consecutive subframes starting with a second subframe, at which the repetition transmission of the response signal starts. Where first and second reference signals for a first and second communication system, respectively, are transmitted, resources that affect a reception apparatus compatible only with the first communication system can be minimized, and the throughput can be prevented from being deteriorated. As resources for a reference signal CSI-RS for LTE-A, last half symbols in a time direction of a resource unit RB/Sub-frame defined in a frequency-time domain are used, and the CSI-RS is allocated in a position up to the last two symbols or in the last symbol, or the like, of a particular RB/Sub-frame and transmitted when a reference signal 4RS for LTE is transmitted to a reception apparatus in addition to transmitting CSI-RS for LTE-A. The reception apparatus receives CSI-RS allocated in the last half symbol of RB/Sub-frame based on CSI-RS allocation information, measures channel quality by using this CSI-RS, and transmits and reports feedback information.

The present disclosure provides a terminal device that allows constraints on user allocation to be prevented and spread codes to be allocated in a scheduler when non-adaptive HARQ is employed using a PHICH. A codeword generator generates code words by encoding data, a layer mapping unit places each CW in one or a plurality of layers, a DMRS generator generates a reference signal for each layer in which a CW is placed by using any resource among a plurality of resources defined by a mutually orthogonal plurality of OCCs, and an ACK/NACK demodulator receives a response signal indicating a retransmission request. When a response signal requesting retransmission of only a CW placed in a plurality of layers is received, the DMRS generator uses each resource having the same OCC among the plurality of resources for the reference signals generated in the corresponding layers.

Terminal device, base station device, retransmission method, and resource allocation method

A base station is disclosed, which is capable of appropriately configuring the timings of data assignment, data transmission and reception, and feedback for a case where the DL and UL sTTI lengths are different from each other. In this base station (), a transmission section () transmits a downlink signal using a first short transmission time interval (sTTI) shortened in length than a TTI and used for downlink; and a reception section () receives an uplink signal using a second sTTI shortened in length than the TTI and used for uplink. A determination unit determines the number of divisions in the frequency domain of a transmission signal from a wireless communication terminal device. Here, the determination unit increases the number of divisions in the frequency domain of the transmission signal from the wireless communication terminal device as the number of pilot blocks included in the transmission signal increases. In addition, a scheduling unit schedules allocation to the frequency resources of the divided transmission signal according to the number of divisions determined by the determination unit.

Provided are an eNB, a UE and wireless communication methods. The eNB, in an embodiment, includes circuitry operative to fill a SPS activation/deactivation field in a DCI with a predetermined pattern of bits; and a transmitter operative to transmit the DCI to a first UE for the first UE to start periodically transmitting signals to a second UE or stop periodically transmitting signals to the second UE based on the SPS activation/deactivation field. The DCI is in a SPS format formed by adopting part or all bits of at least one field of DCI format 5 as the SPS activation/deactivation field, and information supposed to be transmitted in the at least one field is indicated with the assistance of or by RRC or MAC signaling.
