A range switching apparatus of a shift-by-wire system has: a main motor; a deceleration mechanism that amplifies torque generated by the main motor; an output shaft that outputs the torque amplified by the deceleration mechanism; an auxiliary motor; and an emergency drive mechanism. The emergency drive mechanism is disposed on the auxiliary motor shaft of the auxiliary motor, and that is connected to or disconnected from the deceleration mechanism by driving of the auxiliary motor. The emergency drive mechanism transfers output of the auxiliary motor to the deceleration mechanism, and rotates the output shaft by being connected to the deceleration mechanism.

Range switching apparatus of shift-by-wire system

There is obtained an automatic transmission control apparatus that makes it possible that even when an abnormality occurs in a sensor for detecting a motor rotation angle or the like, control of an automatic transmission is appropriately performed. Inputted first, second, and third detection signals are compared with one another; it is determined that at least two detection signals, out of these detection signals, that coincide with each other are normal and another detection signal is abnormal; then, based on the result of the determination, switching of the ranges of the automatic transmission is controlled.

Automatic transmission control apparatus

There is provided a range switching device that can switch the shift ranges by use of a mechanical driving force source even when the motor does not normally function. The range switching device includes an output axle coupled with the shift shaft of an automatic transmission, a motor, an elastic driving device whose driving force source is elastic energy of an elastic member, and a coupling mechanism that couples the output axle, the motor, and the elastic driving device with one another; the elastic driving device has a holding mechanism in which there can be performed switching between a holding state where accumulated elastic energy is held and a releasing state where the elastic energy is released so as to drive the output axle.

Range switching device

A compact and lightweight range switching apparatus is provided by suppressing the increase in the size of components in the range switching apparatus. The range switching apparatus includes: a motor mounted in a housing; a pinion placed on a shaft of the motor; a sector-shaped gear wheel having an opening inside which a gear engaging the pinion is formed; and an output shaft rotatably supporting the gear wheel in the housing.

Range switching apparatus

A movable body that has a cylinder and a valve apparatus is accommodated inside an accommodating chamber of a pump body so as to cover a discharging orifice. A piston sucks a fluid into the movable body, and discharges the fluid from inside the movable body to the discharging orifice by being slid reciprocally through a piston sliding aperture of the cylinder. A relieving passage that communicates between a suction volume space of the accommodating chamber and the discharging orifice is formed between an inner surface of the accommodating chamber and the movable body by the movable body moving away from the discharging orifice in opposition to a force from a forcing body.

Provided is a range change device which includes a main motor and an auxiliary motor, a sun gear which is joined to a motor shaft of the main motor, an auxiliary gear which is joined to a motor shaft of the auxiliary motor, a plurality of planetary gears which are engaged with the sun gear, an annular gear in which internal teeth engaged with the planetary gears and external teeth engaged with the auxiliary gear are formed, a carrier which supports the planetary gears in a state where the carrier allows the planetary gears to rotate and revolve and is rotatable on an external circumference of the motor shaft, a small gear which is mounted on the carrier and rotates about an axis of the motor shaft, and a large gear which is engaged with the small gear.

Range change device

The objective of the present invention is to realize the structure, of a fuel injection valve, in which bouncing of the needle can be suppressed and the armature position can be fixed while the valve is closed, without increasing the number of components and the number of processes. In a fuel injection valve including an armature that is repelled or attracted by a core, by de-energizing or energizing a coil, a needle that opens or closes a valve seat in accordance with a reciprocal travel of the armature, and a valve-closing spring that biases the needle so as to close the valve, when the coil is de-energized, the valve-closing spring is disposed on the armature, and the needle and the armature are fixed in such a way that the armature can travel in an axis direction by a predetermined amount with respect to the needle.

A fuel injection valve includes a valve main body of a hollow tubular shape, a needle valve provided to the valve main body in a slidable manner, a valve seat opposing the needle valve to form a seat portion and having an injection hole formed downstream of the seat portion, and a guide portion provided upstream of the seat portion to guide the needle valve. An annular passage communicating in a circumferential direction is defined between the inner peripheral surface of the valve main body and the outer peripheral surface of the guide portion and a fuel passage through which to introduce a fuel from the annular passage to the seat portion is defined. An almost cylindrical filter to trap foreign matter heading toward the fuel passage is provided to the annular passage.

The present invention comprises a housing main body, a valve assembly disposed within the housing main body and provided with a valve main body having a large-diameter cylinder portion and a small-diameter cylinder portion, a valve seat having a fuel injection aperture secured within the valve main body and a needle valve for closing and opening the fuel injection aperture, a seal ring held between a cylinder head and a shoulder portion when the valve assembly is inserted into an insertion port in the cylinder for preventing combustion gas in the cylinder from leaking into the housing main body and a welded joint for securing the valve main body to the housing main body disposed between the side of the large-diameter cylinder portion and an engaging portion on the housing main body.

Cylinder-injection fuel injection valve

There is provided a fuel injection valve in which an operation sound at the time of an operation of the fuel injection valve is lowered, and durability of parts is improved. A flat surface of a valve body is provided at a lower surface side of a shoulder portion provided at a needle valve , and when the needle valve moves in a valve closing direction, a portion B in which fuel is confined is compressed at a place between a lower surface of the shoulder portion and the flat surface , so that a damping effect of fluid is obtained and an operation sound is lowered.

The fuel injection system includes an injector to be electromagnetically driven, a control device for outputting a drive signal having first current-carrying time T and second current-carrying time T to this injector , and a drive device for passing a large current to open a valve of the injector during the first current-carrying time T and passing a small current to hold the injector in a valve opening state during the second current-carrying time T . The system is constructed so that the first current-carrying time T is set to the time shorter than valve opening required time T from a current-carrying start of the injector to full opening and this time difference is set to the value shorter than valve closing operation delay time from a current break of the injector in the case of breaking a current in the first current-carrying time T to a start of a valve closing operation.

Fuel injection system

Step portions in a core and a valve holder are provided, and an L-shaped sleeve is fitted in these step portions. This construction axially shortens the coextensive portion of the outer circumference of the armature and the inner circumference of the sleeve. The length of the armature is also relatively shortened.

In a valve main body, there is provided a guide pin having an aligning end portion for aligning with respect to a central axis of a fuel injection path. This guide pin is inserted into the valve main body, and a whirler is inserted into the guide pin, and a valve seat is fixed at one end of the valve main body such that the aligning end of the guide pin is aligned with respect to the central axis of the fuel injection path. The guide pin is then pulled away from the valve main body, and the valve body is inserted into the valve main body so that the section of the valve body to be slid in the whirler can be inserted into the valve body sliding hole.
